I love these little ceramic ghosts. They are well made and the inside light is bright.

These little guys are a great addition to a table display. They light up very nice but I gave them only 4 stars because the battery door doesn’t stay closed and falls out of the bottom when picked up. Also, one of them had an arm broken off. The packaging isn’t very good but I’m still happy with my purchase.

These ghosties are definitely a fun addition to a Halloween-themed arrangement. For ceramic, I would say these are at the high-end of the acceptable price range ($19.99 at time of review).They were reasonably packed in molded styrofoam, but mine were put in upside down, so when I opened the box, they all fell out. Caught them in time. Each comes with the battery installed, activated when you remove the paper tab. (You will need a micro screw driver to change the batteries, btw, just like those flickering tealights.) One ghost refused to light up for about an hour, and his face is a warmer and duller light than the others. He was blinking for a while, which I was totally OK with, but eventually he steadied himself. I'm guessing his battery will go out first. The bottom came out of him as you can see in the last photo; he will need fixing with some glue.Since there is a little bit of light leakage underneath a couple of them, you might want to bury their bottoms in black felt or pulled cotton (to look like mist). I will enjoy them for as long as the batteries last, and then probably fill them each with a mini-string of fairy lights, since they are hollow inside.

These little ghosts are perfect decor for a mantle or desktop. Bright enough, but don't expect a lot of light to come out of them; they are ceramic after all, and opaque. The only issue I had with them was that one of the ghosts had its light fall out, and it is very loose/won't stay in. I'm thinking I'll hot glue it in, but it sucks that I have to do that. Still, would recommend these.

They were packaged pretty well in foam so I would not have expected one to break, but it is at a very weak point. In addition, one ghost's light mechanism broke out when pulling the "battery saver" tape. Both items were fixed with glue, but a little disappointing. Otherwise, cute and I have put them in a spooky forest scene.
