So received my Triphala yesterday took it last night (wow interesting taste 🤪), was expecting results maybe a couple of hours after but nothing. Woke up in the morning expecting results but nothing........, got to lunch and got results. First time using this and I know I will most definitely will continue. Will add to this review as time goes on I am pretty sure it’ll be good reports.UPDATESo unfortunately have taken this several times and didn’t get results although I suffer from bad constipation at times hence reason of trying this nothing budged so I more or less gave up and have been using. Maybe I’ll try again but for now I’m leaving it 😭😟

It’s early days, i’ve only been using it for a few days, but it seems to be working well. I am taking it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach as this works better for me than last thing at night. It would have been helpful to have some guidance for taking this product printed on the packaging.

Did what I needed it to do (clear the remnants of a stomach bug) tastes rank, so be warned haha.

Good product. But please put the description and dosage on the pack too as it it only on the Amazon. Not many people expect it to be only there. Overdose can cause serious consequences

Wonderful stuff, does a great job of cleansing the 3 elemental bodies as mentioned in Ayurvedic medicine. Recommended!
