This is exactly what I needed. It has a good balance of both supplements for me!!

My vitamin D levels were critically low at 17 and after taking one 50,000IU pill as a megadose just once a week for 12 weeks I’m happy to report my levels are now at 70. These are high quality vitamins that your body will actually absorb. Super small and easy to swallow and no stomach upset. Love that K2 is included as well. Highly recommend!

This fills what I was searching for: 10,000 IU of vitamin D3 with K2 from natural sources. While I can't prove it has the amounts stated I do taste the chlorella when I opened the capsule, which is a nice sized one, making it easy to swallow. Having less illness or measuring blood levels of vitamin D3 may prove it's value but I'm satisfied with what I see so far.

I can't swallow capsules and these gelcaps are so easy to swallow. They glide right down, are small, and easy to take. One of the best supplements ever! Micro ingredients is my go to brand for all things healthy. They have such a wide variety of products and I always see if they have what I need before any other brand.

Do not look anywhere else. The pills are small and easy to swallow, no weird aftertaste, and extremely affordable for the content. D3 + K2 for absorption should be on everyone's supplement stack as most people are Vitamin D deficient. This causes a whole host of issues that can be resolved with this supplement, or going outside but who has time for that. Do not walk, run, and buy this product. You wont regret it.
