Rio Gear 54 Quart Steel Portable Cooler with Bottle Opener

This is a quality product at a very competitive price. The stainless steel construction, bottle opener and overall design fit my needs perfectly.My purchase was to used mounted in the counter of an outdoor kitchen that we are building. Coolers not nearly as well insulated sell for 100s of dollars more.The cooler arrive in 2-days (Prime member) without any damages.

I like the look and the bottle opener feature, but it does not hold ice very well. Be prepared to feed it ice regularly, especially on warmer days even if kept in shade.

Amazingly well constructed. I used it to transport venison over 3,000 miles. Each day we put the meat in a freezer overnight. After driving 10+ hours a day, the meat never thawed. I had a 10 lb bag of ice in with the meat, and it never melted. The cooler was in the bed of a pickup under a black tonneau cover in 50-70 degree heat. Nice!

Love it! This is a great cooler. Love the stainless, especially the drain plug which are typically plastic, and bottle opener. It is the perfect size to fit behind the seat of my truck or in the trunk of my car. We take it to the farmers market every weekend. Keeps my food nice and cold and fresh. Great to take to a barbecue or picnic too, very portable, perfect size.

Iced down some beverages on Friday evening on the way to deer camp, still had large chunks of ice in the cooler on Sunday afternoon, but unfortunately we were out of beverages. Works great, you can buy a ton of ice for $250.00

Product dimensions are wrong. It's actually only 22x15. On the description at the bottom it says correct dimensions. On the product detail section it states it is 27x17.Ordered it for a very size specific application.

I bought two of these for Christmas gifts and they arrived quickly and exactly how described. I purchased so I could put vinyl sticker of "beverage choice" for my recipients and this cooler is perfect for that. Looks durable. Hopefully it will keep beverages cold:)).

Held ice for over 2 days on the Texas summer heat, I can't tell you yet how durable it is but for keeping ice it is top grade. I would recommend to anyone not wanting to spend on yeti.

Great quality. Keeps beverages cold and ice for over 24 hours. Quality drain spout in ss as opposed to plastic looks great and a bargain compared to a Yeti. Very happy with this purchase.
