I have a modified camper van with larger circumference wheel/tyres on. As a result my speedo reading gets further out of actual speed the faster I go. When adding KM's to the equation when abroad, it's hard to know my speed.I have for years sat my iPhone on my dash and used a free app to shine on to the windscreen as a HUD when travelling in darkness across the length on Britain and have pondered one of these units for a while.This item was chosen as it was simple - it offered the speed and didn't confuse the issue with numerous other readouts which are simple not required.It works day and night, adjusting its brightness and abroad can be changed to Kilometres from Miles in two clicks.But for me the best advantage was ability to calibrate it. So I have an accurate readout, no matter the country or the speed.It definitely makes camper van journeys easier and more enjoyable.A worthy addition to my van!

Simple heads up display shows voltage temperature and speed information sadly you have to manually switch through it and it only can show one thing at a time

Once I was able to reset the device it works brilliantly. Manual is rather confusing.

Used for my daughters corsa , issue with the speedo , so used this to give her confidence, plugs straight in and works

Disliked the fact had to use my own double sided tape their's didnt stick

I guess you get what you pay for.Non slip disk was very small and did not hold the unit in place. Unit was set to kmh and supposedly changed via menu 7, however the menu only went up to 5.Will be returning for refund as not fit for purpose and will be purchasing a better quality product

Problem with the device is the programming instructions are poorly written and difficult to understand. It would not take much for the manufacturer to do a simple youtube video to show how to programme it. Still struggling after an hour to change KPH to MPH

Das Display funktioniert über einen einfachen Anschluss über die OBD2-Dose. Da holt das Display auch seinen Strom. Das war notwendig, weil an meiner Zigarettenanzünder-Dose schon die Dashcam hängt.Das Display schaltet sich ein, wenn ich den Motor starte, zeigt nach einem kleinen Signalton kurz die Leistung der Batterie und dann die Geschwindigkeit in hellen, digitalen Ziffern, die sich je nach Lichteinfall dimmen.Ich habe die beigefügte Folie nicht an meine Windschutzscheibe geklebt, was zur Folge hat, dass die große Anzeige etwas verschwommen, aber für mich ausreichend lesbar ist. Die kleineren Anzeigen, die z. B. die des Momentanverbrauchs sind nicht gut erkennbar. Vielleicht rüste ich die Folie doch noch nach. Bisher reicht mir die Anzeige der Geschwindigkeit.Wenn ich den Motor ausschalte, steht die Anzeige kurz auf 0, um vor dem Ausschalten kurz die gefahrenen Kilometer anzuzeigen. Eine nette Information zum Schluss, die immer die gefahrene Strecke vom starten des Motors bis zum Ausschalten anzeigt.Für die Autofahrer, denen die Anzeige der Geschwindigkeit ausreicht, eine volle Kaufempfehlung.
