Skylanders Trap Team: Funny Bone, Chopper, & Shroomboom - Triple Character Pack

Awesome character pack.

WORST customer support! The Funny Bone character in this pack stopped working within about 10 minutes for me. I signed up with Activision to create a support issue to report this. I received a case number and was instructed to wait for an email with instructions on sending the character back in order to receive a new one. After about a week or more I called them as I hadn't heard anything and got stuck in a phone loop (press this, press that, disconnected, etc.). I finally reached a young man who told me that he would send me an email with things to do to try to fix the character. I asked why I had to call to hear this. He said that my case had not been assigned to anyone yet but now that he had it he would handle it. A week later still no word and when I logged in to check my case status it is mysteriously "closed." I tried to do a chat with customer support and got "your chat request has been canceled because no agents are available." Their hours are 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. so they are not closed (it is 3:30 in California). Maybe there is only one person working there?!

These figures are in very good condition. They arrived on time and in good condition.

My granddaughter loves skylanders. There are no words when she can talk to you and tell you just what she wants to buy she is autistic and every new word ahe apeaks brings us all happiness. Thanks amazon for being in existence

Gave this to Grandson for Bday a month ago. He loves it. I knew nothing about the game, but he has taught me. It is more of a 'video' game than your typical Wii games. I love that the characters get tired and have to rest, works as an automatic time limit. He has 4 characters, each has a different power to use against the evil forces.

This was a rip off..didn’t come with any packaging or info…just lose pieces tossed in a bag.
