Great for my disabled wife
Tineco Pure ONE Station: A Game Changer for Clean Freaks! (Especially those with mobility challenges)If you're tired of lugging around heavy vacuums and then spending more time cleaning the vacuum itself, the Tineco Pure ONE Station is your dream come true. This isn't just a vacuum; it's a complete cleaning system, and it's seriously impressive. My wife, who has some mobility challenges, has found it to be a massive help, and that alone makes it worth its weight in gold. From the moment I unboxed it, I was struck by the sleek design and intuitive features. But the real magic lies in the performance and, crucially, the self-cleaning station. This is the game-changer. After vacuuming, you simply dock the Pure ONE, and it automatically empties the dustbin, cleans the filter, and charges the vacuum. No more messy dust clouds, no more tangled hair wrapped around the brush, and no more forgetting to charge! For my wife, this hands-free emptying and cleaning is incredibly beneficial, as it eliminates bending and awkward maneuvering. The vacuum itself is incredibly powerful. Tineco's iLoop Smart Sensor technology automatically adjusts suction power based on the mess, so it effortlessly handles everything from fine dust to larger debris. I was amazed at how well it picked up pet hair on both hardwood floors and carpets. The LED headlights are also a surprisingly useful feature, illuminating hidden dust bunnies under furniture. The lightweight design is a huge plus for my wife. It makes it a breeze to maneuver around furniture and up stairs, requiring minimal effort and strain. And the various attachments (crevice tool, dusting brush, etc.) make it versatile enough to tackle any cleaning task. She can easily switch attachments without needing assistance. The battery life is excellent, giving me (or her) plenty of time to clean our entire apartment on a single charge. Here's a breakdown of what I love (and what my wife specifically appreciates):* The Self-Cleaning Station: Absolute genius. Hands-free emptying and cleaning is a lifesaver, especially for those with limited mobility.* Powerful Suction: Effortlessly tackles all types of messes.* iLoop Smart Sensor: Optimizes suction and battery life.* Lightweight and Maneuverable: Easy to use throughout the house, even with physical limitations.* LED Headlights: Reveal hidden dirt.* Long Battery Life: Cleans my whole home without needing a recharge.* Easy to change attachments: My wife no longer needs to ask for help to switch toolsAny Cons?Honestly, it's hard to find any. If I had to nitpick, I'd say the initial price might seem a bit steep, but considering the convenience, performance, and the significant ease-of-use it provides for my wife, it's absolutely worth the investment.Overall:The Tineco Pure ONE Station 5 Cordless Smart Vacuum has completely changed our cleaning routine. It's powerful, efficient, and the self-cleaning feature is pure brilliance. But most importantly, it has given my wife back some independence and made cleaning a much less daunting task for her. If you're looking for a top-of-the-line vacuum that simplifies cleaning and takes the hassle out of maintenance, particularly if you or a loved one has mobility challenges, look no further. This is a 5-star product all the way! Highly recommended!

Awesome product for the price
I bought the Tineco Pure One Station 5 to replace my old Dyson v11 which I had for several years. The self-cleaning feature and automatic emptying into the station is a huge quality of life improvement. I found that manually emptying the Dyson would often result in dust flying into the air, so having the the dust collect in a larger bin in the station saves time and makes the process more sanitary. I find myself less hesitant to start vacuuming because I don't have to worry about getting covered in dust afterwards. It doesn't come with many attachments, but it comes with the essentials - a slot-head attachment for vacuuming out crevices and picking up larger debris, and a brush head that works on both hardwood floors and carpets. I much prefer the combo brush head to either comparable option I had with the Dyson v11 - it's gentler on the floors than the Dyson brush and much lower maintenance than the fuzzy roller head. I have cats that product a lot of hair, as well as some large carpeted areas that produce lint, and so far I have not witnessed any tangling in the brush at all. It also has a felt pad underneath that wipes up any dust that is too small to get suctioned up, leaving the floor perfectly clean. This in combination of the detection laser makes it easy to keep track of where you've vacuumed already. Finally, the noise level is very tolerable. It is more of a low-frequency white noise sound than the high-frequency whine of the Dyson v11. My cats were terrified of the Dyson but don't really mind when I walk by with the Tineco vacuum. There are a few minor nitpicks I have, but none of them were enough to warrant losing a star. The first was that the tube that my vacuum came with was difficult to insert and remove from the main body of the vacuum when I wanted to swap attachments. However, I reached out to Tineco customer service, and they provided a replacement for free. So, the customer service is great, and the new tube fits much better! The second is that there is a small gap between the brush and the front of the brush attachment, so if you vacuum perpendicularly to a wall, there will be a small (maybe half inch) area that doesn't get cleaned as thoroughly. This only really matters for tiny dust particles that are impossible to see without the laser, since everything else gets sucked up, and you can still pick them up by vacuuming parallel to the wall. However this means that around corners, there may be some small pockets of dust. Finally, the vacuum head doesn't have any resistance to falling - e.g. when you lift the vacuum, the vacuum head will freely rotate downwards until it forms a straight line. When you are vacuuming stairs or uneven surfaces, this increases the effort because you need to lift the vacuum an extra 6 inches or so to clear the step up. Also, since the vacuum head has wheels, it means you can't really lean it against a wall and expect it to stand on it's own. The Dyson heads in comparison have some rigidity and a smaller range of motion, which I preferred.Overall though, this is a big step up from the Dyson v11, for around the same price. It's much more affordable than other current generation alternatives, especially those that include a station with the self-cleaning functionality, which is by far the biggest draw. I appreciate that everything works well and I am not paying for unnecessary frills.

Great concept, needs more work
Pros: This vacuum has a really nice look and a great concept with the auto-empty. I like the green light as well which helps find those pesky crumbs you can’t see but feel with your bare feet. The weight is great and the handle is very comfortable. I really like the dock which is very good looking and the functionality of it being a disposal and a charger.Con’s: Unfortunately even with the green light, this vacuum doesn’t pick up those crumbs on the first pass. Sometimes it takes several passes to get it up which is a bit frustrating for the cost. It also can’t handle a light weight rug. I tried to vacuum my ruggable and it kept shutting off. The same thing happened with a thin door mat- it just could not vacuum it so the entire thing would stop working. There is no ability to tell it which mode to run in so even trying to vacuum in eco mode isn’t an option as the vacuum wants to pick it’s own mode.Ultimately I really wanted this to work but the cons outweighed the pros for this one. Hopefully tineco will work on some of these suggestions and come out with a better more functional vacuum down the line.

Almost Perfect!!
Looks beautiful. Works great. Only one problem. Don't just lean it up against a wall on a hard floor like tile. The base will slide and the unit will go crashing down. This couldn't/wouldn't happen if there were a lock in the upright position.
