Came with a little measuring scoop which was helpful. I can’t quote comment on whether it’s giving me health benefits but I will say I feel good about making a healthy choice. I put a scoop in either my smoothie or latte. I prefer in the latte as the coffee or matcha is strong enough to drown out any hint of taste of the mushroom powder. It’s not unpleasant in smoothies but it’s a bit more noticeable

Although the supplements are expensive there is a definite improvement in the appearance of my skin. I am 70 and the lines that were starting to become wrinkles and deepen are actually smoother? I was not expecting that. I was hoping they would not get worse. The capsules are easy to swallow and have no flavour. I am never ill so I am not sure what they may be doing for my immune system. Things do take time. I am on my second bottle so am anticipating positive anti-inflammatory results.

Excellent product. Price has increased over a short amount of time, but the product performs well.

Noticed a difference after a few weeks especially after I started using two scoops instead of one. I also added Lions Mane chewy’s to my daily routine.
