Love this shower head. Have these in both showers in the house. Push the button in the center for more force when desired.Great way to start and or end one’s day.

Great flow for 2.5gpm model but…..
We have loved the HG for the past month and a half. The finish was a perfect match with our Koehler fixtures. …. But after our first cold night we turned on the shower and the shower head disassembled. Amazon was great with the return and reissued the same item. I am hopeful it was a one off issue. For the amount of money this unit is, I was surprised how many plastic parts are used. I would have expected a shower head of this name and cost to be more substantial.

larger then expected
It's really large, almost like a rain head so the flow of water is not very strong. I'm keeping it but would prefer stronger flow coming from slightly smaller head.

Came apart / broke after just 5 months.
Over priced, not much water pressure and it came apart after just 5 months. We put it back together and the repair last a few weeks, then it comes apart again while in the shower. Would not purchase again.
