Great tasting amino, mixes very well. Some people might not like the amount of water you have to drink with it, but for me it's a bit on the sweet side so it helps to dilute it. It definitely puts me under, unless I stay up watching TV or reading too long after drinking. However it doesn't keep me under, and I find myself pretty wide awake after having to use the bathroom a few hours later. I don't blame this product though, I have a history of insomnia and I assume most people aren't wide awake simply from peeing.

I actually got sleepy within an hour (I didn’t think to pay attn to the clock - it may have been within a half hour) and fell asleep pretty easy. I woke up at twice by midnight to go to the bathroom but after that I slept right through til 9:30 🙌🏼🙌🏼. The only thing changed in my bedtime routine was the addition of EAA Sleep. I used to use Isopure BCAA’s and while it kind of relaxed me, I never had deep solid sleep. I can no longer find that product so I had to research a new possible lifesaver for this insomniac!! This is what I found and after night 1, drinking it with my ZMA supplement, I am very happy. I will obviously be cautiously optimistic as I use this each night. But as I wake up today, rested, I’m hopeful. Also, the only flavor that was available when I made my purchase was the strawberry mango. I heard the tropical lemonade was better, I’ll try it next time. I don’t like overly sweet things, with the Isopure I used the cranberry grape so it wasn’t too sweet the way I found the other flavors, to give you an idea. I hope this is helpful. I tried to add anything I would look for in a review. Oh, I’m 55 and have had insomnia since at least high school if not before. I’m healthy, a healthy weight, I’m active & I exercise regularly.

I have a lot of trouble sleeping. Usually many aids with melatonin in them I've found dont help me. I feel a sleep quite quick with this last night. I also got woken up by my jerk neighbor who plays loud music and this helped me get more sleep when I wouldnt otherwise. I'm glad I tried this. I also like that it had BCAA in it since I exercise a lot and can get muscle growth more at night!!I've now ordered this product a second time. I have a lot of trouble sleeping. With this and some other things I've actually been getting longer sleep. My only complaint about it is that since it's not on amazon prime the shipping takes a long time. I ordered a few days ago and it takes half a month to get shipped. This actually has helped. My second one came earlier than stated and its fast to now see it prime item!! Look forward to keep using it I'm sleeping a lot more!! I'm actually sleeping before 12p now fir the first time!

Flavor is amazing! As well as the effects that it produces. I sleep so hard and fall asleep so fast with this supp. I am a father of a toddler and nursing student needless to say sleep and depp sleep albeit was in deficit. However, this supplement saved my life not only are the BCAA’s high quality and I felt a huge increase in recovery but the better sleep made it completely worth while!

I’ve been using this almost a full year. I’ve had insomnia since I was a child and no amount of cardio or other natural approaches have helped. This puts me to sleep and keeps me there. The GABA and l-theanine act as a double whammy in helping me relax but also helping lessen my anxiety during the day. It may sound dramatic but this product has changed my life. I used to suffer horrible moods and lethargy from little & low quality sleep and now I can get the rest I need to function.

My boyfriend got me to try this and I do have to say it gets me sleepier faster than usual. My boyfriend used to toss and turn for at least 30 minutes before bed and now he knocks out within 10 max. I definitely get more tired and start yawning much faster than when I don’t take it. We both sleep better with this as well!

I would submit a picture of me sleeping but I’m asleep and can’t take it! For what it’s worth my sleep score has steadily gone up since using this product.

This stuff knocks me out. The flavor is good. I was skeptical but when I need the help, this really comes in handy.
