Okay so each year I go back and forth between an inexpensive black At A Glance planner and this type from Harbor Leather. This is my fourth one from this vendor. I bought a smaller one (maybe 5”x8”) by mistake back in January and while it’s lovely, I meant to buy the full 9”x12” size because my eyesight is shot and the 9x12 gives me enough space in each day’s square to record tasks done each day. The beauty of a hard calendar is that they don’t take up much space but you can always go back and see exactly what you were doing in the past. And if you ever have to prove activity in an IRS audit, this kind of calendar is very helpful.The maps and area codes and other reference pages in the back are okay but not necessary. This version also has plenty of pages for taking notes without becoming a giant book.So many people only use their phones now and phone calendars are the best for giving alerts and for remembering birthdays, but it’s nice to be able to plan a week or month at a time. It puts things in perspective in a way you just can’t do on a phone. I used to use my work computer for the same purpose but if you leave your job, poof, access to your old calendars is gone.Anyway, this is a luxury planner, there are cheaper ones out there, but this brand is really well made, it feels great—even the vegan leather ones—and it’s not a huge indulgence…

Love the month at a glance, good sized date boxes with lots of room to write. There’s a bunch of extras-notepaper, maps, etc. worth every penny. Carry it everywhere cause it’s slim and they hardly look ussd.

Ya know, for the last two years I've gotten a Plum Paper Planner which I love. And the years before that I've gone with Erin Condren. Also love. But this year I realized, all I really want/need is a monthly calendar with large squares and notebook pages at the end. While Plum Paper & EC are super cute, personalized, and customizable, and I got the 8.5x11 monthly planner with Plum Paper last year, this plain boring one (by comparison) is really more of what I was wanting! I want my notebook paper after all the months, not after each month. I don't need weeklies. And I really prefer the leather non-spiral cover better. This one is slimmer and easier. The pricier planners tend to be bulkier. To each their own; this just happens to fit what I want in a planner most. Pluses of EC/PP - Customizable, cute, colorful, so many cute designs, and personalized. But this one is more functional for me. Not to mention far less $$ (although I'll pay money for the right planner!).

This is what I was looking for: monthly calendar pages and a section of lined pages for notes. The paper is thick and overall quality is good. I only gave it four stars because it doesn't have tabs for the months and that would make it much easier to go to a specific month. Other than that, I am pleased with it.

I've ordered this planner for the past 10+ years. I appreciate that it is consistent in its content and presentation and its quality. I use it to capture everything - birthdays, anniversaries, work done on the house, my health stats. It is excellent and I plan to keep ordering it!

I was looking for a job I let size planner I can write stuff in such as notes and then in the back area for any phone numbers etc. without all the extra bulk. This was perfect and cute ! Definitely would recommend.

Likes: No spiral wires, so it lays flat and the wires don't get in the way when I'm writing in the boxes. 2. See the whole month..not just a week. 3. lots of note pages in the back. 4 a page for birthdays (yes!)'Meh": lots of maps, telephone area codes, aids for international traveling and dialingOverall.... I'm really looking forward to 2025 so I can use this monthly planner.

I've bought this monthly planner for several years and love they are adding more aesthetic colors. it's the perfect size for my needs and keeps me organized old school style as I'm not alway interested in using my phone calendar.

Very peach heads-up, more pigmented than the advertised photo. This has been my go-to to organize busy household for years. Bring back neutral colors please

Read above. Personally did not need the maps but that doesn't mean they would not be useful for me at some point.
