Easy to put up and take down but you do need 3-4 people to do it. Reasonable price compared to similar products on the market.

We purchased this on Friday for my daughters graduation party on Sunday after hearing rain was predicted all day. It came on Saturday! It was a little tricky to put up, we needed several people to help, but once we had enough help it went up quickly. It worked perfectly for the overflow area of our party. It also held up VERY well when it started to get pretty windy! We expected to find tears or bent poles, but it was perfect! No problems, what so ever! Take down needed a few people to help again but was very quick! I would highly recommend!! I would have spent WAY more renting one of the same size than I did buying one that we can use multiple times! Thank you!!

Window section ripped and not sealed upon delivery and setup, corner straps ripped off during setup. Buyer be aware of these issues.

When we opened up the frame, one of the metal pieces from the roof part was broken. We returned it. The tent fabric appeared sturdy, though.
