When I first received this pillow, I felt that for my personal, it was a bit too plump and I was worried if it would decrease or not. Happily, after about 3 days use, it has become at a height I prefer- not flat by any means, but not so full that my neck is at an awkward angle. There was not any odor when I opened the plastic packaging. Overall, I am happy with this pillow. It is soft yet supportive of my head.

I bought this for my husband who needed a little more neck support. We have tried memory foam before, but it tends to hold in heat. This one is different. I think it is due to the ventilation holes. It's very cool and comfortable. It offers a good amount of support without feeling hard or uncomfortable.

These are good quality natural rubber pillows, but they are slightly thicker than my original natural rubber pillows so it’s a small adjustment for me. I am so glad to find them at a reasonable cost.
