This large box of chalk was just perfect to have on hand this summer and fall for all of the neighbor kids that come over to hang out with my kids and draw for hours on the sidewalks. You get a variety of chalk and the glitter chalk actually shows the glitter and was a fan favorite for the girls. At less than $2 a box for 8 boxes of 6 large chalks of assorted colors and styles, this is a steal and will be ordered at the beginning of every summer. 5 stars for sure!!

About the shock for my 18th month old son and his toddler cousins. It writes pretty smooth and I like that they are round rather than square like some chalk pieces. My favorite part is that they are tie-dye and even though it doesn't show up super well on the ground it still makes it look pretty in the box and you can see the change of color slightly when you draw as well which is kind of cool. My son loves chalk and these have lasted quite a while so far. They break like most chalk does but they're pretty sturdy compared to some of the other cheaper brands that I've tried. It comes in a large box as well so there's lots of colors to choose from and even if a few get broken or lost they're still plenty extra. Overall it was a good value for the price and I would definitely recommend to anyone who has a kid that loves chalk.

The description says non-toxic but none of the boxes do and there are no ingredients to see what all it’s made with. Other than that, it’s a nice set (or sets I suppose—8 boxes, 3 types) and the colors are great. My 7 and 5 year olds like the tie dye the best because of the surprise but I like the neon colors best. Good size and shape, reasonable price for sidewalk chalk. From experience, if a toddler sits on one of the drawings the powder will transfer to skin and clothes but it isn’t as dusty as some other chalk we’ve used. No issues with staining clothes or skin—chalk is just messy to work with and this is no different. It writes as smoothly (maybe slightly better) than other chalk we’ve had and doesn’t seem to break as easily.For older kids and adults, sets with more variety in shades would be better but for young kids, having fewer options that are divided into separate boxes is much better. I recommend with the assumption that it actually is non-toxic.

These were a hit for the kid's back to school community event. They loved the galaxy color ones and the glittery ones. Even the youth joined them on coloring the street. Definitely recommend.

Came with tie-dye, neon, and glitter. However, you got a random assortment of packs. The chalk quality itself is fine. I would say it’s a fair value for money but chalk really isn’t that expensive so maybe go with the namebrand

All of the colors in this chalk set are very vibrant and bright. They are a really great quality chalk that goes on smoothly and washes off easily as long as you spray it away with water right after using. Because the colors are very bright and saturated, when we left the chalk on the cement overnight, the next day it did not all wash off. I ended up getting the power washer off to get it clean.

So heads up, about half of the packs in this box have glitter all inside the chalk and it’s awful. There’s now glitter all over my patio, all over my kitchen where he tracked it in, all over everything! People must understand you don’t give children anything with glitter in it, ever.Now, the four stars are for the other chalks, the glitter free neon ones which are actually quite lovely in color

My daughters love playing with this sidewalk chalk and there is plenty to last a long time!
