The best thing for back pain
I've never liked foam rolling so I didn't expect to like this, but well, when you have chronic back pain, you'll try everything eventually.Guys.I haven't had back pain since I bought this 3 months ago.I use it every day. At first it was really intense... The first time I tried it, my back cracked IMMEDIATELY and deeply. As I rolled it was really intense and I stopped after 5-10 sec. Same thing the next day, maybe 10-15 sec. Same thing the next day... Now I'll use it for 5 - 10 minutes at a time to roll out my muscles and crack my back. I've experimented with some yoga poses on it too, like hip flexor openers, which are really nice but very challenging for me right now.My husband had the same story. First time he tried it, it was too strong and he didn't like it. But a couple weeks later I wasn't home and he reaaaally needed to crack his back. So he tried it again, and now he's addicted like me.As far as sturdiness goes, I can't imagine this breaking. We've put ~250lbs on it with no cracking. If it does eventually break, I'll buy a replacement immediately.

Spine Decompression & Expansion!
I am a back therapy tool junkie; I have a bunch of things that I leverage from time-to-time to manage the usual aches and pains associated with exercise and aging (I'm 49). I have the yoga tune up balls in various sizes and highly recommend those, and I also have a body roller, usually works well too. I also have the back expander stretch and for me this 10 inch roller works way better to expand the back, reverse forward head/chest posture and cracks your back in a safe way. You have to be careful using this like anything else, be smart about it. Go slowly and hold positions where you feel relief. I started using this in the AM and PM (only a few minutes each session) before bed and am noticing a difference in my upper back tension.

This roller has been a life changer for me!!!
I have been suffering from chronic back pain since 1996 when I ruptured a disc in my lower back (L4 L5). Since then, I have had 2 lower back surgeries and have spent enough money on chiropractors to purchase someone a pretty nice automobile. I use it at least 2 or 3 times per day and I can manage 90% of issues that my chiropractor handles for me. I still go to my chiropractor when the pain is too much but I only have to go a fraction of the times that I went in the past. I am a golfer and all of the twisting does a number on my lower back and upper back between my shoulder blades. I get on the rollers and start popping away and then I hang from a pull up bar and get a few pops in my neck. That alone saves a trip to the chiropractor. I take the small roller with me when I travel to a golf trip. I am 60 years old and my back hasn't felt this good in over 25 years. I highly recommend the Inviguri Yoga Wheel!!!

Good product for some I'm sure ...
Good quality / solid but unfortunately too painful for me to use. Others have had good luck and relief using it though - to each his/her own.
