Having sufferd from very painful leg cramps in the night for several years, this has been a revelation. A couple of sprays to the back of the calves each night and I have had NO cramp attacks. Brilliant. Find your own best application point by trial and error. I found applying it to my lower back made it a bit itchy. Back of legs fine.
