Avene Hydrance UV Spf30 Light Hydrating Emulsion 40ml

I really like Avene, I discovered the brand when I got sunburn abroad- I got this big cold cream bottle for skin repair and it worked incredibly well, and I continue to use- one year later:-)I have used Clinique, Biotherm, Simple, Clearasil, basic brands and so forth- spent a fortune on different skin products to sort my skin out- this stuff works!I can't recommend this enough to anyone to be honest- it is very easily applied to the skin, even with a light beard- which I always have. The condition of your skin is noticeable within the first/second application.I don't think you need to use it twice a day, that might be too much for skin in general to cope with. I think the trick is the fact is does not block your pores (non-comedogenic), this makes a world of difference and allows your skin to work properly without making you look shiny or oily and it feels light also.Make sure you only use a pea-sized amount, too much is obviously going to sit on your skin but you'll find what you need to use once you start using it.Make sure you use face wipes; I find these don't dry the face as much as liquid face washes. No need to tone either, this can irritate some skin.Lecture over :-)

I have been using this cream for over 2 years now. This seller has a very competitive price and delivery was fast. My skin is quite dry and sensitive as well as fair. This moisturizer helps a great deal to keep my skin smooth, hydrated, it keeps my redness and sensitivity under control and protects from the sun.I have not experienced any discomfort, break out, dry patches, itchiness or redness for the period that I have been using it, all of which are symptoms that I have developed with other moisturizers, even pharmaceutical brands advertised for sensitive skin.I should say that this light version is suitable for the summer, when temperatures are higher and our skin requires lighter products. In the winter, I use the rich version of the same cream, so if you have dry skin like me, keep this in mind and evaluate your needs, based on how warm is the area you live.

I ordered this cream and the one arrived expires in 2 months. Unable to return. It was not mentioned on the page.

Light enough that it doesn't feel sticky, but substantial enough that it keeps skin soft all day. With other creams that claim to have SPF I have found they don't work in the sun, but having been outside all day with this on whilst other members of my family got sunburned that day, and I didn't, I feel that this cream definitely works in all areas!Only gripe is that the bottle is quite small for the price and I'll probably need another one soon.

I cant live without this. Any other moisturizer , whatever the price would bring me out in spots. This does the job and also.has UV protection . A little goes a long way and you have nice hydrated skin , soft and supple and NO breakouts.Anyone with break outs and spots .. don't bother with any other products they do not work .. tI should know have tried them all just try this range for a month and see the difference.

Nice enough but too light - doesn't feel like it provides enough moisture unfortunately.

I've been using this Avene Hydrance Optimale Light Protective UV SPF20 lotion in conjunction with the Avene Soothing Hydrating Serum and they've made a real difference to my skin. I suffer from rosacea so heavy moisturisers and creams are a real no-no for me. The Avene range has proved perfect so far - the serum calms my skin while I sleep and the UV protective moisturiser protects my skin while I'm out and about. I thoroughly recommend both of these products.

I changed from a more expensive moisturiser to this and am very happy with the swap. It is not to creamy, goes on easy and does not leave my skin feeling greasy.
