Definitely made out of 100% cotton, but the fit is not great for me. They feel too loose and baggy for my taste. Stuff can get out of place though the oddly designed front pouch, if you catch what I mean. Bought 4 pieces of bamboo derived underwear for about the same price as what this costs, and those have been a far better deal so it’s hard to justify getting more of these.
