So easy to use
You get 30 patches in the packet and each one last 12 hours. Very easy to apply and if you are like me hate to swallow vitamins etc then these are the future. Better for your body too as the magnesium and zinc etc can be absorbed straight into your blood stream and get to where it needs to go without going through your liver and kidneys etc first. A real game changer in nutrients. Good value for money. It’s only been a couple of weeks and my skin looks healthier as does my hair so my body is getting what it needs from these.

Convenient, but does it actually work?
We all know about nicotine patches, and other medications are delivered via patches, like hormone replacement therapy, fentanyl etc. Yet, information about how well different substances are absorbed through the skin is contradictory. An AI generated summary said water soluble vitamins and minerals can be absorbed from creams. A study said that the transdermal route was unsuitable for most medications that require entry into the systematic circulation (whatever that is). It used a specially charged form of vitamin B12 and looked at how uptake can be increased through skin cleaning, epilation (hair removal) etc. Even normal cleaning was said to increase the amount present. So, I think they should include a bit more than just “advanced transdermal technology”. Because the thing with supplements is that it is incredibly difficult to judge effectiveness. The placebo effect, daily differences in how we feel, other factors that change this, like diet, sleep, and many other things can affect our perception. They also do menopause patches, and there, I can know, based on whether I get hot flushes, so I will try and update this once I've tried those. The patches are small and discreet, and can be worn day or night, for 12 hours. I would not wear one every day, myself. This is a Vine Voice review, but that has not changed my opinion and I only review items I would buy.You can see my rating system on my public profile under my bio, as I don't want to add it to every review.

They don't fall off
I'm still baffled at how these can supply the equivalent of an oral capsule transdermally. There is no doubt that transdermal patches work (the science has long been established) however some things absorb better through the skin and some other things not so much. The main benefit of these however is convenience. They last for 12 hours giving a slow sustained release. They are very sticky and I didn't find them falling off as long as they were placed in suitable positions. Make sure the area you put them on is clean and free from lotions.

Expensive. Likely superior absorption. Welcome combination of calcium, magnesium & zinc.
In order to keep my blood sugar levels down, I follow a very low carb / keto diet. I don't believe I can get enough micro-nutrients from this rather restricted regime, so I take a lot of supplements (as well as one prescription med). I need liquid plus food to get these down me. Having to swallow too many pills (and too much water) with meals feels uncomfortable, so I limit the number I take with each meal to 10. This involves making hard choices. In addition, my digestion is not at all good, so I do wonder how much of the supplements I take actually hits their target.I was delighted to have the chance to try these patches as an alternative method of taking supplements. The prospect of wearing one, or even more than one patch for 12 hours at night does not worry me. (Wearing them through the day, if perhaps your nights are more energetic than mine, is also OK.) Trans-dermal delivery must work, as patches were on offer from the NHS for HRT as long as 40 years ago!Calcium, magnesium and zinc in one patch is almost an answer to my prayers, allowing me to discontinue 2 or even 3 pills. The amounts are a little lower than I would prefer, but never mind! Wearing the patch at night will be perfect, as magnesium is said to help with sleep.I received these patches for free, as an Amazon Vine reviewer. Otherwise, I would hesitate to pay the current price of £24.99 for 30 days' supply. Is the high price acceptable, given the much higher bio-availability claimed for these patches over any other method of delivery? Perhaps time will tell, but it does seem to me very difficult if not impossible to evaluate in the short term the effects this supplement may have on me.

Alternative to taking capsules
I like the fact that the combination of minerals in these is good for bone health. It is a great alternative to capsules as these are simply a patch applied to the skin. They stay on well and I apply at night and remove in the morning. I know that magnesium absorbs well through the skin as I have used magnesium oil spray effectively in the past.

Very good transdermal patches that give me an extra portion of Calcium, Magnesium and Zink
In the winter months it is so hard to get vitamins and minerals into my body.Yes, I take capsules with them but I don't enjoy swallowing them. With these patches the mineral reach my blood stream through the skin.I only need to stick these transdermal patches onto my body and they last me for 12 hours.I am very happy with this set and I gladly recommend it to you.

Great Product
I ordered this item for my wife so this is her review. The Calcium Magnesium & Zinc Transdermal Patches arrived in a small, thin branded cardboard envelope. Inside there are 30 patches. I have used transdermal patches before for pain relief to good effect, so was keen to try these calcium, magnesium and zinc patches. The individual patch was easy to remove from the backing. I placed the patch on my upper arm before bed and it stayed on all night. It is too early to tell the efficacy of the product but it does make a nice change from having to swallow several different oral supplements. The price point is quite high at around 83p per patch but this seems like a quality product. Happy to recommend.
