If Amazon allowed half stars I would have given this 4.5. The chain is really nice and sturdy so I have no worries about it breaking anytime soon. The initial pendant matches the chain perfectly and both are a nice shade of gold. My only issue is that there was no extender chain on the necklace. Every other necklace I’ve bought has had a two inch extension chain so you are able to somewhat adjust the length. This only has the one small jump ring to hook the lobster clasp into. And the jump ring is small enough that it’s a little tricky getting the clasp hooked while you’re putting it on. I have extra extender chains since I make jewelry, but I was just a bit surprised it didn’t come with one. Other than that though it’s a nice necklace that will layer well with other necklaces or be nice by itself. The pendant is also removable so you could even just wear the chain alone. I like that flexibility.
