Leaves hair soft, no noticeable shine though
I've been trying out this batana oil supplied by Tamiodfo (the product is branded as Kizenka) for the last 2 weeks. I have had really dry hair all my adult life and I was interested to see what sort of results this gives. When I kept my hair longer I used to use heated olive oil or coconut oil to help with split ends - and I think the same process applies here really; basically the moisture is supposed to nourish your hair and prevent splitting when it becomes dried out. It's early days as yet so I can't comment on the long term results - but I can say it does leave my hair feeling a lot softer which is a good indicator that it is having some effect. I can't say that my hair looks any shinier though - still quite a matt texture! It's very easy to use and wash out. Obviously it depends on your hair length - you only need a little on the tips of your fingers then massage in your palm until the paste goes oily then apply. I left it in for about 30-60 per session before shampooing out (so last thing at night, first thing in the morning routine). Given the amount I am using this tub should last a good few months. It's not a miracle in a tub(!) but it is having an effect.

Easy to wash out and so many ways to apply, very versatile
What i like about this product is that i have read it can be used on skin as well as hair, due to the properties of the oil, but for the purposes of this review, In hair terms i've used this is a pre shower treatment, usually taking 20 - 60 minutes before you need to wash it out, i really like that option.Batana oil is a natural oil derived from the nuts of the American palm tree, Elaeis oleifera, primarily found in the tropical regions of Central and South America. For me, any treatment that can look after my scalp, my skin and my hair is worth the time and effort needed in order to build this into a routine, not every day, but certainly a process worth undertaking with so many benefits in the Batana Oil.The oil is rich in essential fatty acids and antioxidants, which help repair and rejuvenate damaged hair.It can restore the natural shine and strength of hair that has been damaged by environmental factors or chemical treatments.Batana oil is known for its ability to stimulate hair growth. It penetrates the scalp, nourishing the hair follicles and promoting the growth of healthy hair.By strengthening the hair shaft, Batana oil enhances hair elasticity, reducing the likelihood of breakage and split endBatana oil is an excellent moisturizer for the skin. It deeply hydrates and nourishes, making it ideal for dry and dehydrated skinThe oil is rich in antioxidants, which help to combat free radicals and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Regular use can improve skin elasticity and firmness.Batana oil has soothing properties that can help calm irritated or inflamed skin. It can be used to alleviate conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, and dermatitis. That is some resume, and that is what i like about this product, versatile and natural.
