Works good. Nice texture. If you tried the bigger pillows this is a nice small one to do the job while getting ready for sleep.

I've had a sore on the tip of my ear that's refusing to heal and it's very painful. The dermatologist confirmed it was from friction and recommended this type of pillow. I love it with one caveat: it holds my head level which is uncomfortable for me due to injuries so I stick some fabric under the top of it and voila- my head is at a comfortable angle and my ear is healing! The other sticking point is that it's not "adjustable." The cover is removable for washing but there's no way to access the stuffing to adjust it (that's why the piece of fabric to put it at an angle). I chose this pillow over others that were adjustable because I was afraid the dots on the Minky fabric would be uncomfortable. Altogether, I'm very satisfied with this pillow and may even open up all 7 of my ear piercings!

This is a must have for side sleepers with new piercings. Or even old ones that get spicy when they get crimped. IYKYK! Another plus-also keeps your lashes from mooshing in the pillow if you have extensions. Total win!! Highly recommmend!

I din't have piercings or anything, but my ears can sometimes get hot and sore when I am sleeping. I decided to give this little cutie a spin, and let me tell you: MISSION ACCOMPLISHED. This has been an immediate solve. I can still use it with any other pillow, as well. Plus, it just looks cute with my other bedding.

This pillow is just right. The size is very good to allow my whole head to be supported and doesn't touch my ear at all. It's thick enough that my head doesn't squish it down and make my ear touch my pillow underneath. The inner material is very supportive but soft enough to feel very comfortable for long periods of time. The outer case material is very soft and feels like microfiber to me - somewhat silky and cottony. I love that it unzips all the way around the circle to easily take off the cover to put in the laundry. Overall I'm very happy with it and am so glad I ordered it.

For me, this has the perfect fill - firm and holds its shape while my head is on it, while soft and comfortable still. I also like that the cover is soft and washable.
