Omg this is heaven sent! Let me tell you.. I've had a YI for 8 months now and nooo otc medication has worked for me. I tried boric acid suppositories and they only gave me relief for a couple of days. I went to the doctor and was given diflucan and it did nothing! I went back to the doctor and was given diflucan again (silly right?) this time a long yet treatment. After about a month, I ditched the diflucan since it wasn't doing anything and figured I was just gonna end up with a fd up liver in the long run. Then I found caprylic acid. Omggg when I tell you within 3 days I was cleared of my infection! I'm soooo glad and thankful for these pills!!

Good product, I also take oregano oil capsules. After 3 days I am showing signs of improvement from candida/yeast/fungal? Infection. I monitor my Body PH, and try to stick to alkaline diet foods, my skin is clearing up and less swelling in my feet, I think I was suffering from minor gout symptoms. My first day taking supplements I experienced a little stomach discomfort, I increased dose 2nd day, again on 3rd day. As my condition improves I will taper down from 3 times a day to a maintenance dose when needed and strive to improve my diet and exercises. I found good articles in prevention magazine on maintaining good health.

It seems to work well, specially for Candida. I tend to easily have allergic reactions to even natural medicines and I've had none with this product. I will continue to use it regularly to help my immune system. I like that it doesn't have any unnecessary fillers in it.

Good product, good price and fast shipping. This is a very good product. Use it with a diet of no sugar and no starch, but lots of vegetables and some meat. Sugar and starch feeds candida yeast so you want to avoid it. If you get tired or don't feel good for the first couple of days it is because this product is killing the candida. Don't give up, you will feel better.

Ladies, if you suffer from frequent yeast infections, add Caprylic Acid to your daily vitamin routine. I take one every other day in the summer to keep yeast under control. I keep these on hand so I can be proactive if I feel the problem returning at any time during the year.
