I really like this device. I find it essentially helpful for a lower back massage, although it can be used in other areas. It's nice and small for use in many different areas -- on the couch, on the floor on a yoga mat, or on an office chair. It's also a pillow in the sense that it's fairly soft and so it provides some lower back support too. Very pleased with my purchase!

I love that this product can be used anywhere on your body. The shiatsu massage motion really helps on sore spots. The heat is nice as well. Just warm enough , but not so hot it’s uncomfortable. It has a nice elastic stripe if you choose to put it on a chair back, however if you would like to just spot massage, it is perfect for that too.

This is a decent massager that does a good job on shoulder, but doesn't do much for my neck. Since most of the pain and tension I have is in my shoulders, it does hit the right spot.

This is really helpful on my back and especially on my neck. The heat is nice too!

The Heycool massager isn’t great for a neck massage. The massage heads are too far apart and did not massage my neck at all. My husband tried it and it barely touched his neck. It seems to work better closer to the shoulders.

I tried this for the neck like it was noted it was for and it was not that comfortable and really did not help with the neck. It is almost too far apart. Attaching it to a desk chair headrest or even in the car like it is noted for was a no go. It is just too heavy and sort of awkward. That being said I used it on parts of my back by leaning back into it when sitting in a chair. I also used it on parts of my legs and my feet. It works ok for other parts of the body, but not great for the neck area.

My old shiatsu pillow finally stopped working. So, I decided to try this one. It works pretty much the same as the other. I'm not sure how I feel about where the button is. the massager works hard between my neck and shoulders. I've also used it on my lower back to help loosen it and my calves when they've been tense. It's small enough to store away easily. The heat is a little on the low side. The pillow itself firm enough to help with the massaging.

I've been impressed with how quickly this massager heats up. I wish it had more heat settings than just off or on because it can actually get quite warm, but it's easy to hit the button to turn off the heat for a while. The massager is so quiet that it's almost silent, but the motors are still strong enough to hold up to strong pressure. Definitely a great addition to my office chair!
