These gummies are tasty (pineapple flavored!) And help me keep up with my daily intake of vitamin B1. Vitamins were well sealed in clear plastic, however after removing the plastic and opening the bottle, the foil seal was missing, and had clearly been removed! Not safe in my opinion, would not recommend.

I was pleased when I opened up the pineapple flavored, sugar free, Vitamin B1 Gummies, which also included Thiamine, Benfotiamine, and Vitamin B Complex for a good supplement mix. I was able to chew and swallow the gummies without any problems and was glad I did not have a bad aftertaste. I am glad I chose this supplement since I usually need more B complex in my body since I do not get enough from the foods that I eat.
