Easy to use, easy grip, secures tight.

This is a good set. The zip ties themselves come in a heavy plastic bag, and while the included tie holder should work as a holder+dispenser, I’ve always just cut a triangular hole from the side of the zip tie bag as shown in one of the pics I’ve attached - this works for all zip ties, you can pull them out one at a time very easily but they do not fall out.The gloves are cheap, a tight fit if you have big hands, but I got them on. Even cheap work gloves are better.The tool cannot grab the end of the tie unless the tie is closed to a 3-inch radius as shown. The ties are secure at larger circle sizes but you’ll have to hand-tighten as the tool won’t help.The tie cutter leaves sharp edges, be wary. The ties are somewhat difficult to thread and you should also be wary of getting cut on the edges.The tiny releasing tool works great, so the ties are reusable. I’m going to have to find some way to not lose it, as it’s very small.The tightening tool works great, it’s heavy metal and very sturdy and should last a long time.All in all a fine addition to my toolbox.

The tool works as advertised. I tested it on this old beat up DeWalt drill which was wanting to come apart at the top due to the casing being broken at the fastener for that area. I read the brief and simple directions, wrapped a tie around the spot, cinched it up by hand, slipped the end through the tool and tightened via the handle, then pressed up on the lever and wallah! A drill that is once again whole.I am curious as to how well these would work as exhaust hangers. They may not be heavy enough gauge. I will probably try this eventually and hopefully I'll remember to come back and update the review with my results.As-is, these should be perfect for lighter duty tasks like the drill repair, and the tool performed exactly as described and expected.

The "Metal Zip Ties Tool, Stainless Steel Zip Tie Gun with Built-in Cutter, Adjustable Fastening Cutting Zip Tie Tool with 100pcs 11.8in Self-Locking Stainless Steel Zip Ties, Zip Tie Organizer and Gloves" I received came without gloves and the crimper handles have a super horrible smell I don't dare describe.The kit is great in that it is a good and solid way to tie off and secure just about anything to pipes, etc. The metal zipties are decent and the kit overall is adequate.The kit I received however did not include gloves. Haven't a clue why.My one reason for dropping stars is due to the horrible smell emanating from the handles. I'm refraning from describing it. Draw your own conclusions. The smell is not from shipping. It is from manufacturing. No one should be subjected to it. A new smell should be just that: new.If it wasn't for the smell, which I can't get past, this kit would be fine.

This has been a pretty handy tool so far. It's not perfect, but it gets the job done. They only have one size zip tie with a max size diameter around 3". Releasing the zip tie with the included tool can be a bit finnicky, but can be done. The gloves that are included aren't the best, but that's not a big deal. The built in cutter easily cuts the stainless ties that are included, but the edges are sharp, as one might expect. It's not as easy as the plastic zip ties, but it's a heck of a lot stronger, and you can really get some force on it with the tool.

I use this for everything. I thought zip ties were helpful. These are 10x that. At work I use them in lift station basins and never have to worry about them dry rotting and dropping wires in the basin. On the boat i use them like hose clamps. Just everywhere they come in handy.

This is a solid tool, and a good set if you need to secure fences or anything else with metal zip ties. The tool works well, and comes with 100 metal zip ties, as well as a little tool to release them and gloves. It worked handily for securing boarding over my fences. The quality is a little rough all round, on the tool and accessories, so you need to take some care, but it works. The end results both look and feel secure, and are far neater than other ties would have been.
