I love my walking pad! I'm glad I got this one with the handle as I'm not that steady at higher speeds. I can also put on something to watch on my phone to make the time go by faster.Simple set up. Easy to use. I'm 65 and it's perfect for all the days that I can't walk outside due to snow, pouring rain or excessive heat.

Game. Changer. The fact that you can fold this and it doesn't have to stay up 24/7 but it still maintains the quality of a normal treadmill is amazing. So glad we went this route instead of a fullsize treadmill.The speed goes up to 7.6 which is pretty fast. We got it for my husband and myself to work out, we're not training for anything crazy so it's absolutely and exceeding our needs.

Good item for the money. For some reason I thought this had an incline. You are able to raise the feet, but it is definitely not an incline. So far no problems. Pairs easy with iPhone.

I've been using this treadmill for running every day for the last 5 months and it's been excellent. The ability to connect to the Zwift running app and cast the run to a tv is phenomenal. Nice treadmill, lightweight, easy to use and has a longer running deck than most of the other comparable products on the market. (44 x 16 where many others are only 40").This week (after 5 months), we had an issue where the motor suddenly stopped working and so I had reached out to customer service and I had been expecting them to say too bad its past the 30 return window your out of luck, but was surprised and thrilled when they immediately responded and refunded 95% of the total purchase price (I have used it for 5 months after all) so glad to company stood by it's product and would recommend them

I purchased this walking pad in January for my wife and I to walk on. Neither of us are big people. She’s 5’10, 160 lbs. I’m 6’2 205. We aren’t runners so the fastest we’ve had it going is around 4.0 mph. I followed all the directions for set up. After about two months it started to occasionally stop and give me the error 5 message that says there’s an issue with the motor. I followed the directions in the manual and I don’t see any loose parts. Now it stops every other time we use it. If it worked, it would be an ok treadmill. But it doesn’t and it can be dangerous if it stops and you aren’t paying close attention. Be aware.

Well worth the money

I purchased this walking pad In Oct. 2024. Since purchase I have used it ,at least 5 days a week. I have to say I couldn't be happier. I owned 2 full size treadmills, that I eventually wore out. Had to pay someone to come to my home and haul them away. They were way too heavy for me to get upstairs. This walking pad does everything the treadmills did, for less than a third the cost.I had a minor (my fault) problem with a code on the console. Customer support got back with me right away and resolved my problem.If you are training for the Olympics, this probably isn't for you, but if you're looking to get your walk in, especially in the winter, this is for you.

I wanted a way to be able to walk on a consistent basis, regardless of the weather. I had been looking at various models and price ranges for quite some time. For what I wanted this was a good fit & a reasonable price range.What I like about it is that is starts out at the slowest speed, you can increase it as your comfort level increases. The controls are both on the handle and the remote. I like having the handle, so adjusting speed on it is my preference. However, for those that do not wish to use the handle the remote and app are alternatives. I also like how it keeps track of the distance and time spent. Calorie count is alright, but not my main focus.So far, there are only two things I think could be improved on. The first is the handle, it would be nice for it to adjust forward or back slightly. The second would be the phone holder. For a phone it is perfect and holds the phone securely. It would be nice if it adjusted wide enough to hold a tablet. Considering all, these are just minor.Overall, I am very happy with this treadmill/walking pad. I would highly recommend to anyone like me that just wants to be able to get more exercise in their lives.
