I bought the Nordic aluminum baking sheets almost a year ago. None of these premium products recommend dishwasher cleaning. After almost 12 months, throwing the pure aluminum away is the result due to stains and crud. I realize I am the problem but I want dishes easy to care for. These wipe off with a paper towel and a single hand wash in 2 months cuz I am not a savage. The ceramic coating is the delta and the silicone handles are the bonus. Highly recommend.

It's great to have the different size options. Have used the larger 2 a couple of times and the coating is holding well. Silicone handles are great and make it easy to handle the trays.

I got these pans to replace an older collection of steel and aluminum pans that were all oxidizing pretty bad. The ceramic coating is consistent on the top, but the pans are painted on the bottom. Two of the three pans had bad scratches and abrasions, particularly at the corners, but only on the pan bottoms. The ceramic size showed no abrasions, so I could only conclude that this happened prior to packaging and shipping. The big pan did have a couple of dents, but nothing overly noticable without using light reflection to see them. Again, it might have happened before applying the ceramic as there is no mark of any kind noticable in the ceramic coating. The ceramic side's non-stick ability is on par with other ceramic coated pans I have had, and should last about as long with proper care (such as not using metal utensils on it, regardless of what is said about it being ok).I ran the set through the dishwasher since I know I will not be handwashing them (due to arthritis), and the coating and paint came through without issue, however, the edges are rolled over and the water that got in there did cause some apparent rusting as the water that dripped out after being removed from the dishwasher a day and a half later (Labor Day weekend, so was not home for a day) was a reddish brown color and rust smelling, which is typical for steel pans with rolled edges (the paint/coatings do not get in the roll as they are sprayed on, not dipped) across the board. Overall, these are some decent quality pans, but I had to knock a star off because of the scraped paint on the bottom, especially since they claim a 5 star scratch resistance on the Amazon page and it was done prior to packaging. I would recommend getting a set when they go on sale.

I just purchased these so I don't have an opinion on how they work it. The quality looks great. No scratches. I will update once I have used them a while.

We have not had any problems with food sticking to the baking sheet but we did cook some food on it that left a permanent stain on the tray. We are not sure how or why that happened and it won't come off. We have not had that issue with other baking sheets. We have had chicken tenders and other frozen food on these sheets as well with no stains and none sticking. We have also used these to bake bacon. We can fit a lot of bacon on these sheets. The idea that there are three sizes to choose from is good too because one size does not always fit all in cooking. The silicon covering on the handles does not stay in place as well as you would expect but that has not taken away from the overall function of the baking sheets.

While these pans work pretty well and are easy to clean, they do stain after the oils get on the pan. My mind said that would not make sense because it’s a nonstick pan. So how would the oil or juice or whatever affect the pan? Either way, it’s still functions as a baking sheet. The silicone handles do not mean that you can pick it up right out of the oven, they get hot just like the rest of the pan. They nest very well and are easy to put away, they clean very easily, they’re very simple to use. They handle heat well, and they are a great size, especially for a single household because of the variety. I ended up buying some Baker’s mats that make it even easier for cleanup and for avoiding these stains. Perhaps it is just normal seasoning, I don’t know.Regardless, I would recommend these. They are very nice and they work like they should. Nonstick is right!4/5
