I'm a fan
I take this with another supplement but took it by itself for about 2 weeks. It's a decent boost to cognitive function and response time. It doesn't have a whole lot of caffiene, so you won't get the jitters unless you are really sensative to stimulants. A little pricey, but I'd get it again.

Helps with focus
I have a pretty healthy amount of supplements I take daily since I'm now considered firmly middle-aged. Once grouping I must have weekly is my supplements that help with focus and memory. My job requires my mind to stay pretty sharp and I've found I'm a little less focused and my memory has gotten fuzzier as the years go by. I already take Ginko Biloba and have taken l-theanine previously in addition as well. This blend had the L-theanine and some caffeine but a lot of other stuff in it that I've not taken previously such as the alpha-gpc. I took this for a few days to get a sample and so far it has been a notable difference in mental clarity vs my normal day to day supplements. Memory feels a little better and my sharpness feels noticeably better than on the ginko alone. This definitely helped in areas I had hoped it would in and I'd continue to take it in the future.

Provides More Focus After I Take It at 1/2 the Cost
At this point, everyone should know about nootropics. It's all over the news and social media. Joe Rogan and Andrew Huberman swear by nootropics, so I decided to give them a try this year. If you purchase the right brand, they definitely work. At least for me, they do.I take nootropics around 2:00pm when I start to feel a little sluggish. Not body sluggish, brain sluggish. I switched out my normal nootropic with this IQ blast to see if I felt the same effects. I'm happy to report that I do! Within 30 minutes of ingesting one pill, I begin to think sharper. What I like about the IQ Blast is that it's 1/2 the price of the nootropic I've been using. What I despise is the "proprietary blend" on the label which doesn't show the amounts of each ingredient in the pill. It only shows that it has 551mg. There are no proprietary blends anymore. Legit companies show precisely what's in their pills, so I'm not sure why Happy Health tries to keep it a secret.Anyway, I like this supplement since it's half the price of the one I've used for the past 8 months. It does work for me, but I have a feeling I'll go back to my original nootropic once I'm done with this bottle. If you're just starting out with nootropics, give this one a shot. If it works for you, keep using it because it's a cheaper alternative to the more expensive brands.

Helps with increase in focus
This supplement is wonderful. Its easy to consume and easy on gut. Pill size can take some time to adjust and get used to. Quality wise its absolutely helpful in increasing alertness and focus through the day.

solid ingredients
I was taking a form of pretty much every ingredient listed already, so it was nice to find one pill containing them all. The price point is pretty spot on, as some of these supplements get pretty pricey. The amount per serving is pretty low, in my opinion, but again, I belive that goes back to the price of some of these supplements included.

Feels like an immediate boost
I have no experience with this kind of supplement and used this one as the first of its kind for me.It seems to help my focus when working on something or reading boring study materials. Not sure what it will do long term, but I feel like it is working for me.The capsules smell a bit, but with lots of water they go down easily. Just don't smell the bottle when you open it.

Still not sure on these
I feel like there are a lot of wild claims on Nootropics brain support kind of things but being a supplement rather than a drug there are no good reliable double blind studies. It could easily all be placebo. Though I suppose even if it is placebo and it works for you that is something, right?

Should specify quantity of each ingredient
After taking this supplement I did notice an increase in energy. I’m not sure how much more focused I felt. I wish it specified the quantity of each ingredient.
