It holds cooling pretty well and holds for my baby about four feedings. However, the cooling components have a crevice at the bottom that is really hard to clean and they mold! Super ick. I used it on a multi-week international trip where I couldnt necessarily keep up with washing the big bottle and the cooling components and this happened. Dont recommend. Get something else. It’s also pretty heavy so keep that in mind.

Update: I finally found an alternative with glass bottles!! I usually never write reviews and I love Momcozy but this cooler is just not good. First of all, it is huge and heavy, definitely not portable at all. Doesn’t fit in the diaper bag or pretty much any other bag. The storage bottles are cheap quality plastic, melted in the sanitizer… and before that they were leaking a little too. I only give 1 star because it does keep the milk cold. I had to return it. Currently I am looking for a better alternative.

This cooler is terrible. I had to throw out breast milk because it didn’t keep it cool longer than 4-5 hours for me to get throw the airport, take a two hour flight and get home. I had kept the ice packs in the deep freezer for days prior to traveling. When I got home, I even retested and took temperature readings every other hour. By hour 3 the temperature in the cups was above 50 degrees which is too high for storing breast milk. Returning this and going to look for alternatives. This would probably work fine on VERY short road trips.

Buyers beware and inspect your item when you receive it. The product I received was clearly used. The seals were broken on the box, the thermos was scratched and scuffed, and there was a ring on the inside of the milk storage container. When purchasing something for storing breast milk, it is expected the item is new and unused. That was definitely not the case. How disappointing and unexpected.

Unfortunately I have received a used and already returned item TWICE the sticker seals were opened and both packages had LPN stickers. The item had dents. This is very concerning given that this involves breast milk.

Got sent a returned item probably, received a scratched up cooler and no milk storage bottles. Half of the items in the box was missing. Tried contacting their customer service and of course they didn't answer after multiple calls. Using my recovery period to go drop this defective item off with a newborn in tow when the correct item should've been sent to us in the first place. It claims it has a chat feature on momcozy's website yet it cannot be found anywhere. If baby brezza had this cooler I would've gotten it from them in a second because I wouldn't ever have this issue with them.

Took this on a 24 hour trip. Froze it in the freezer for 24 hours prior. Took it out at 10 AM, never opened the bottles - by 9:30 PM the ice was room temperature and so was the breast milk. Waste of money

The bottle’s vaccum seal breaks when travel on planes. The product doesnt work. Very bad and non tested design. Not suitable for air travel! I lost 20oz when used this product as the milk spilled all inside the container
