This item was very easy to install once you put all the pieces together correctly. The instructions were easy to understand so I put everything together. I only needed assistance to install it in the wall. It works perfectly. Finally, I am able to have my hose properly wrapped and easy to pull and rewind after use. I definitely recommend it.

Description says it holds 125' of 5/8 hose, I have a 50-foot 5/8 hose and it barely fits. A bit misleading, but it's solid and works well for what I'm using it for.

This reel is so nice and looks great. It’s been sturdy and durable all summer. My biggest complaint is that it’s difficult to reel in the hose. We have a heavy duty hose and it takes a bit of effort to get it reeled in. I have to use two hands and spin the reel itself rather than using the handle. The basket is a little flimsy and it gets in the way and doesn’t allow for the hose to be reeled in all the way. It’s great for the price but there’s definitely better options out there.

I wanted to have the hand crank on the left side. It was super easy to do and the reel is a decent build for the price.

I rate this product zero stars. The hose reel is much smaller than my last one so the screw holes did not line up. Had to drill new holes. The hose attachment peice that it came with stands out like and eye sore. The whole reason I purchased this hose reel was because it was black so I thought they would send a black or grey hose. Nope red and blue hose is what it came with. The screws that it came with did not fit at all. So we had some extra screws laying around the house that worked much better. I would not purchase this hose reel again. Don't waste your money. This reel was more expensive than my last one I bought. Definitely not a quality piece. Very frustrating. To much of a headache to try and return othwise we would have. 🤦‍♀️ Oh and it came with a cheap wire basket to put on top of it. It looks like it will fold in half soon.

Extremely sturdy. I wanted something that would not break when I wind the hose. This is a good hose carrier. And looks nice on the side of the house.
