This is a simple but effective high quality back support brace. It is not intended to cure your back pain, but assist in supporting your lower back so perhaps after an activity or extended chair session, maybe less pain activates in the first place. I have had 4 spine surgeries and I have probably half a dozen different back braces (most are stored away) that I don't wear because they don't help, don't breath well, too complicated, don't fit right, or not the optimum size. This brace is quick and easy to put on, simply wrap it around you, pull the handles on the two tightening belts and velcro secure them in the front. With the included extender one size fits all for the majority of the population. No measuring or guessing at the size like some others I have tried. The aluminum "stays" installed in the back provide good stability, but I'm not quite sure what the copper ions supposedly accomplish. However, the honeycomb mesh is very breathable, so no sweaty, stuck-on feeling. This belt has helped provide good compression support support for my lumbar area while I carry out my daily activities, and I will be purchasing another for my 84 year old father, who needs one as well.

Having lower back pain and a disintegrating spine, I thought this might be a nice help. I found this was easy to use and appears to fit a variety of sizes. It was also easy to adjust. I tried mine out for about an hour and found it was decently comfortable and breathed well. I did end up with back pain from wearing it and had to remove it, however I think this is because I have pretty poor posture, and this requires you to have a straighter back due to the boning. It offered pretty good rigid support which I could see being of great use if you aren't slack like myself.

This back brace is well-made and very adjustable. It will fit a wide variety of sizes from me (5'6" size 4) and also easily fits my husband (6'3" 36 waist). It fits comfortably at my natural waist and over my hips when I have severe lower back pain.The outer elastic bands help provide a more precise fit to achieve the correct level of support you need. The on outer elastic bands have handles that are covered by a flexible plastic and are easy to use. The back of the brace is fitted with stays that provide additional support and stabilize you to avoid further injury. This brace is great and I would highly recommend it.

It's quite easy to put on and adjust, being one big closure strap and two tensioning side straps. The two side straps have built-in handles to make them much easier to grab hold of than most velcro-like straps. There's also a little separate piece that wraps around the two handles, I guess to tidy them up and not snag on things? That only works if the belt is sized right for your waist, though.Support-wise, the built-in strips in back have a good amount of rigidity. The material itself is pretty thin, so it doesn't have the overall stiffness of a leather back brace, but it is much more comfortable. You could probably sleep in this brace, if needed for overnight support.

This belt is well made, provides good support for a lower back. I like the adjustable Velcro belt which can be tightened if needed. Helps to keep the posture and releases pressure from the area.

The way the description is worded, it sounded like this helps relieve lower back pain in general, but maybe I misinterpreted that, and it's strictly for relieving pain while you're lifting things. My husband and I didn't find it particularly helpful at relieving back pain, but the general function of it works just fine.

This is a very nice quality, back brace. It's adjustable, and fits more than one person in our family with very different body types. The back brace is designed with breathable mesh for additional comfort. The back brace is very well made and provides exceptional support for the lower back. I am very happy with this back brace. I would definitely purchase it again or give it as a gift.
