My daughter lost 6 inches off her waist. she even traveled to Disney with it and used it before and after the parks. lol But it broke when traveling back home, we put it in luggage under the plane, I should have taken it on top with me as I did when we traveled going to Disney. A great gift.

It’s pretty interesting. Putting it together was fairly easy and putting it on and taking it off is a little tricky at first but it’ll eventually get on and off. The car thing is very loud when in use and if you have pets put them away or just do it away from your pets. They will think the weight is a ball and that will not be good.The color is very pretty and I am a 42’ waist and it fits good with all links.If you know the feeling of hula hoop then that’s honestly what this is so yeah it’s going to hurt and sometimes regular hula hoops sometimes fall so you need to work on your timing and rhythm.Only real complaint is that it’s loud. Get some headphones or something while you’re doing it.

I used to use this quite a bit when I lived alone but it became apparent once I got roommates and neighbors that this device is too loud for indoor use. I tried using it outside but it's just as bad, I'm pretty sure people thought I was using some sort of construction equipment. It functions well and is fun, which is why I give it 4 stars, but the noise is too bad.

This was very disappointing!! If your thinking about getting this.. maybe you shouldn’t. I have used it for some time before I judged this product. This is after using for bit of time.First off, I am 5’5 190lbs and it JUST fit using all but one peice. The next issue I have with this is that the little metal screws towards the front were both rusted just a bit. Ok, I can move past that. Well!! my first go around the first white piece broke off having the whole item detach and my pet narrowly missing injury. My luck. Once I replaced it with my LAST peice I used it a week straight and to keep the ball going around you must look like your completely possessed trying to conjure spirits! I was wobbling my whole entire body around like a fool. I would be embarrassed if anyone walked in on one of my “workouts” too much of a hassle but the price point was decent and it is easy to assemble so maybe just not for me but I honestly wouldn’t recommend this to anybody. Sorry

Works good but a couple of my links broke and is now to small

Just received this today and worked out for 30mins with it already. Unbelievable how much sweat and cardio you get with only 30mins. I am 243lbs and did have to use every link, but still comfortable and snug, not painful at all. It took me about 5mins to get a good rhythm but once I had it down, I was good. You do have to concentrate some and move your hips and legs a little, but it’s worth it. Cannot wait to see how quickly the results start coming thru. Will update when I am able to remove the first link. (Yes, it is a bit noisy but what workout isn’t? Treadmills are noisy, weight rooms are noisy, workout videos are noisy, I don’t see a difference. I was still able to watch tv and hear the show)

It took me about a week or two to actually take this thing out the box but once I did I use it just about every day. Its easy to set up and its easy to use. As long as you have balance and rhythm its great. I use it while I'm watching an hour show. I think I'm seeing results because my pants fit differently

The ball gets caught and stops every 5 seconds or so. It's very demotivating and annoying. Wouldn't recommend.
