Love this Ring, Great Value
I am in a bone density study and needed a fitness tracker, specifically blood pressure and heart rate...this is great. 3 other women in the study have ordered it. Great value, works

Inaccurate readings from ring
All of the information sent by the ring is inaccurate. I tested the results side by side with my own instruments ie, blood pressure monitor, O2 sensor and heart rate monitor and got completely different results. I would not recommend using this for any kind of medical advice. I believe it is for novelty use only and I would not trust any reading it gives you.

Good Ring
Overall I have been satisfied. This ring tracks blood pressure, pulse, blood oxygen, heart rate, stress, sleep, and exercise. It can be set to check heart rate on an automatic regular schedule, but I do not see a way to check blood pressure automatically, which would be a nice feature. This ring is a good value for the price, and easy to use with the app, but is not top of the line. Still very good.
