Item arrived, had what looked like sticky tape all over it. The cover for the battery was loose in the bag, after fitting new battery’s in the compartment nothing… used more new battery’s nothing. Had to waste my time returning, this was a gift for my granddaughter who had not been well, very very disappointed

Delivered ok. However when opened, and taken out of the plastic internal bag, the bear stank and was wet to the touch. Inside and out wet. How am I supposed to a child.
