Pretty color
This is a pretty color. It is matte, but not drying. It does not stay put for long, but it is pretty. Don't expect it to last all day. Love the mauve color.

Beautiful neutral color
This liquid lipstick is interesting. It's very easy to apply and comes out as a liquid and applied on with a wand. Much easier to control than with the usual solid lipsticks. After the application, I had to wait a few minutes for it to "set" and look matte. I wasn't a huge fan since it made my lips look a bit dry but what I DID like was that it felt very lightweight! After it dried, I honestly forgot I even had it on until I was eating something and there was lipstick transfer. This lipstick isn't smudge proof or anything and it's longevity isn't long if eating or drinking etc. Color is nice and neutral!

WOW - love this, NOT drying
I’m new to this brand, Runway Rogue and to be perfectly honest, had never heard of them. However, I received an opportunity to try their Runway Rogue Velvet Glam Liquid Lipstick through Amazon Vine. The “Almost-Matte” part of the description is what really interested me. I’ve had so-so luck with matte lipsticks, most of them were just too drying. I selected their Mauve Lipstick with a Hint of Spice, ‘90s Nude.’Right away, I loved how this felt on my lips. It’s a creamy application with NO streaking. It did dry down quickly but absolutely did not feel drying. My only issue is the color is just a tiny bit too light for me. My lips are darker than normal. I do like the color though. To me, it’s blue based which is super important. It gives the illusion my teeth are brighter. I always choose blue based lipsticks for this reason. My daughter who is very fair skinned tried this, and I think it looks amazing on her. (That’s me in the image included).Because this is so creamy and due to its “almost matte” texture, I highly recommend using a lip pencil with this. This did not run or settle into the lines around my mouth (I’m 58), but I have a habit of rubbing my lips together. Without touch up and trying my best not to do this annoying habit, this lasted well for over 3 hrs. There was some slight transfer when drinking from a cup, BUT, did not leave a mark when I smooched my husband.I did refer to their site and discovered this brand was created by a 90’s model, Patricia Hartmann. She ONLY creates lip products. This leads me to think these are special and a a lot of thought and attention must be put into each lip product. There’s a beautiful Pomegranate-Red Liquid Lipstick called Cocktail Hour that I think I’ll purchase next (with my own money) from here on Amazon. Runway Vogue has an Amazon store including regular lipsticks in a tube and also lip liners. Will update here as well when I try a new product. These are priced fairly and they’re the same prices on the respective website. I definitely recommend this product.

Did noting for my lips
I didn't like this lipstick at all! When I put it on it was dull and lifeless. It's not just the color, it just didn't do anything for my lips.It came in the evening mail, and I immediately put it on. By the time I was taking it off at night it was already gone.I tried it as a lip liner and didn't like it for that either.

It doesn't last, sorry!
I wanted to like this lipstick because I have used other products that are like this that say "long-lasting" lipsticks, and a person I follow raved about them, but I was so disappointed!! I got the 90's nude and really didn't like the color (needed something a bit darker), but I wanted to give it a try!! It didn't even last 2 hours that I had it on!! It leaves a ring around your lips and just didn't like it! I will stick with my color-stay Revlon! You put it on and wait 5 minutes to set (I even dried it with my blow-dryer) and it just didn't stay!I would not recommend for the HIGH Dollar you pay! It should stay all ALL DAY for that price!!

Dry and unflattering
I order ped this lipstick in the shade Minimalist, which was described as a nude with a touch of blush. Unfortunately, the color is a lot warmer in person and looks more like an orange beige than a light pink. It is also lighter than I expected and not very flattering on lips due to the color and dry finish. It looked terrible and patchy even after exfoliating, and combining it with a balm. It emphasizes all of the dry spots on my lips while also not sticking to other spots. I only give it 2 stars because it looks nice as a long lasting liquid blush/eyeshadow, but I don’t recommend it for lips.

Long-lasting, matte and nude
I like this lipstick, which is in many ways more of lip stain than a lipstick. This lasts for a couple of hours if you let it dry all the time and don't eat or drink (or wipe your lips) a lot. It really has to be rubbed off to come off; it doesn't come off on its own. You can't put gloss or chapstick over it, because that wrecks the staying power. It needs to be the only lipstick you wear. Since this is a matte lipstick, you have to like the look of matte because it can't be augmented with gloss. It's comfortable to wear, and once it dries down I can't feel it at all and it's very lightweight. The 90's nude color is a nice shade that is very similar to my natural lip color, which is both good and bad. It's good because you can't always tell that I'm wearing lipstick, although it's not ideal that it does little to darken the look of my lips. It truly is a type of nude even though it's relatively dark.

So far, I like the formula
I ordered the Runway Rogue Velvet Glam Liquid lipstick. I usually don't purchase these formulas because they are too drying, but this is an "almost matte." The formula was a little creamy, so it did not dry down completely. It definitely made the wear very comfortable in my opinion. It does transfer, so it is definitely not a traditional matte liquid lip. I lined it with a chocolate lip liner and added a little gloss in the center pout area. This shade is called 90's Nude, and I was confused when I looked in the mirror. I was thinking of a brown shade, but this is more pinkish. The description does say "mauve with a hint of spice." I decided to keep it. It's not a shade I would have picked for myself, but I like the formula and it's a unique shade to my collection. The packaging btw is very chic. It's a heavy metal with a clear window so that you can see the shade and how much you have left. I am really liking this formula, but not so much the shade...so 4 stars. But, I think you should try it! #ClassIsDismissed
