I’ve been a collagen user for many years, and I usually take it in tablet form. The reason I decided to try this one is that it comes in powder form 100% collagen peptides and unflavored. I mix it with my morning iced coffee, and it’s been four days now. It’s my first time using Vital Proteins, and honestly, I’m loving it! It doesn’t have any after taste, and I feel fuller throughout the day, which really helps with my intermittent fasting. Also, for some reason (can someone explain this to me? haha), I already got my period a week earlier than expected, but with no menstrual pain at all since taking this! I’m really hoping to see improvements in my nail strength and hair, which I’m already expecting because, after just four days, I can already feel some changes in my skin texture. It’s very easy to mix and dissolves quickly, just like the usual creamer I add to my coffee. So far, I’m really loving Vital Proteins. I finally found a collagen that fits my needs!

Ive been using collagen for the past 10 years and Vital Proteins is the one brand I keep returning to mainly for it’s quality and price. It mixes well with anything and has no smell - I add it to my morning protein shake to which I also add a dash of decaf coffee which makes it a wholesome breakfast milkshake that is substantially filling. Ive seen a marked improvement in my skin and nails but this takes a bit of time as it nourishes the body from within. Highly highly recommend this product!

I’m really glad I did Try vital Proteins as I have been reading/seeing good reviews about this collagen brand. It’s very easy to take, though there is faint smell at first, I can’t taste it at all once it’s mixed with the coffee. It dissolves easily and I didn’t experience any side effects. The container is a bit bulky and it comes with a scoop. I think the only downside is that It’s on the pricey side of collagen supplement, but when we talked about quality, it’s worth it.

If you usually use the US version of Vital Proteins, do not get this! Actually, don’t get this either way! It does not dissolve into liquid as the US version does and it has an awful smell like wet dog and does leave a taste in my coffee unlike the US version I just ran out of, completely different!! I ordered 2 tubs too and it wasn’t returnable which is so frustrating as it’s just not the same and does not do what it says on the tin. AVOID!!

This version of Collagen Peptides is different from the US version sold on iherb. On the positive side, it dissolves better in water with no residue and it comes in a plastic tub with a scoop. On the negative side it has a foul taste to it that the US one doesn’t have, I have to block my nose while drinking it.

Hoping for best results from this product.

This one is worth the price as it reflects quality of the product. I liked how the packaging is compact and can easily fit my gym bag so I can make it with my protein shake. I would recommend my family and friends to try it out too.
