Captain LAX Lacrosse Ball

Purchased this to aid with working out an impingment in my shoulders and also help ease tension in my scapula and lats.The material is a matte finished rubber, it doesn't hold any toxic smells and grips well into my wicking top when I compress it against the wall.The firmness of the ball is perfect and does not squish or buckle under full body weight. The can be bounced so gives you an idea of the materials composition. Really good quality ball and it's size works well with shoulders and other areas of the body which requires a more focused myofascial release.

Does exactly as it says on the tin. Large dense rubber ball, perfect for myofascial release. Really digs in deep and finds suitable grip on both skin and clothes. Believe it to be great quality, it's not dented or chipped or deformed in any way after several months of regular use. Will be buying another, the colours and design are cool too, but more of a bonus than anything. Beware this can hurt bad if you've got some tight spots!

Santa Claus brought this for my 12 year old daughter - what a great choice! Daughter loves it, the ball is utterly gorgeous and she will use it for lacrosse practice, though it could also be used for a physio ball too. The colours are absolutely beautiful. Clever Santa!

This product is a must have for self-massage. Many of the other balls are made form a solid plastic material that does not give in the way this one does. The massage ball has to have friction and give a little for the muscle to sink into it. Otherwise, you find the ball keeps slipping and you don't get the muscle release needed.As a result I'd highly recommend that you pay a little extra for this and achieve much better results in your practice.

Going well, using this to try and loosen up my neck muscles. Not sure im using it correctly, but it is very good when I find 'the spot' would recommend

I was advised to buy this ball as I have a shoulder injury. I use it against the wall and lean on it with my shoulder and shoulder blade and roll it round, like having a deep tissue massage. It has really helped.

After years of massages and more recently the purchase of a theragun this works better than everything. Lie on it and let it manipulate your muscles, the deepest tissue massage you could ever wish for.

We use this ball for our cocker spaniel and he loves it, super durable so doesnt get torn apart and can bounce very far on dry surfaces which makes it go even further. The colour is very bright so can always find it
