Too short.
These were nice inserts but we’re not as long as I thought they would be, so returned, I did like that they were made of recyclable materials.

So comfortable
I followed the instructions and warmed them up in the oven. I could feel the difference in how they shaped to my foot. Very comfortable.

Great for wide shoes
Perfect fit for wide Altra shoes. I had trouble finding insoles that fit because of the wide toe box but these fit perfectly. I have low arches so they were a bit uncomfortable at first even after doing the baking method, but they molded more to my foot shape after my first hike and now they are very comfortable. All in all these are very good insoles for shoes with wide toe boxes.

Squeaky
These squeak with every.single.step. It drives me crazy. Unfortunately I missed the return window.

These insoles give pretty good support but make a lot of noise as you walk.
