Simple, no frills clear case for key fob
I used it for my RAV4 key fob. The first of two fobs that I received with my car started failing to register button pushes after a few years, presumably due to dust wrecking the switches. I decided I was going to protect the second fob, so I tried this one out because I don't need fancy leather or lanyards. This is a two-piece semi-rigid TPU shell that covers every exposed area of the fob. There is a small slot where the keyring can protrude, and it adds a small but noticeable thickness increase to the fob but no ridged surfaces where things can hang up. The fob now feels like a smooth stone, which may be good or bad depending on what you're looking for. Although the tactile button feel is now gone, replaced by a smooth surface, I have had no trouble pressing the lock/unlock buttons. They just require a bit more pressure and maybe a glance at the fob to put your finger in the right place. It was slightly difficult to get the rear cover edge completely fitted under the front cover half, but I was able to do it after a couple minutes of fiddling. Now, I think it would be difficult to separate the two halves again without a tool.Overall, I am very satisfied with this simple fob cover. If you have a RAV4 or similar fob with remote AC (extra buttons), I would highly recommend it if you desire minimalist protection.

Good Covers
Bought these for my 70+ in-laws and they had a little trouble installing so here's my tip: Insert key fob into main body of key fob cover. You do not have to remove the small split ring. Start by inserting one lip of the "lid" into a corner and work your way around until the "lid" is tucked under main key fob cover body.

Material harder than i expected
it would be perfect if the plastic would be softer, will be easier to press the button
