I bought this for my 2 year old. The product is colorful and my daughter likes to try to fit the letters in the slots. The alphabet is also printed on the backside of the board in random order and child is supposed to place the letters on the correct matching printed letter. The only issues i have seen are: the edges of the letters are already worn off after 2-3 times of use and i fear it may not last very long. Secondly since the child is placing the letters in any order, when she tries to fit in the letter in the top rows, the letters placed already in the lower rows are knocked out, as board is little big for a kid and has to bend much to fit letters on the top rows and hence disturbs the pegs of already placed letters.Board quality is good. Illistrations are attractive and overall value for money product.

1) Quality : I had some concerns on wood splinters coming out from the toy before i bought it, however the quality was very good. My kid has actually dropped water on the board, dropped it from different heights and also dipped the letters in water multiple times. The board is still intact and so are the letters.2) Educational Benefit : My kid loves this toy and its an absolute joy to see him pick up the board and letters early morning and begin with A,B,C. The front side has the alphabets along with some pictures of words starting with the respective letter. Thus it serves two purposes – Serves as a puzzle and also to learn alphabets and words. My kid can totally tell the placement and also name all the objects next to the alphabets. Also the placement of the alphabets has a small challenge they don’t fit just so easily and thus I think it teaches the kid patience. The first day he did find it annoying but with a little motivation he started putting the alphabets without my help.3) The backside of the board also has alphabets written, i am yet to try that out.4) The letters have knobs thus making it easy to lift and hold. The letters can also be used as stencils to draw.5) The toy comes with this neat bag and as a parent i just love that since i usually fall short of places to keep small and tiny items that are a part of my kids toys. I also make it a point to get my kid to fill up this bag with the toy pieces as a start to his contribution in household chores.

I bought this for my daughter who is one year and nine months old. After playing with it once, she kept on asking for the Alphabet tray throughout the day. She picked up the alphabets within 2 days.I read in reviews about M & W being of the same colour. Thankfully Skillofun team has changed it.There are only 2 issues with the product. Some of the symmetric alphabets like H, S, Z, O are not symmetric and therefore do not fit if fitted in the slot from any angle. Kids can find it difficult to understand as to why the same is not getting into the slot.Secondly the product was wrapped in cellophane plastic and did not give ample protection to the tray. As a result we received the product with a broken corner.

I was looking for an alphabet wooden puzzle tray for my 1.5 years old daughter and found this. She already had such tray for numbers and shapes that I bought from US and it was amazing to see how it helped her learn it faster and with fun. So I ordered this tray.Good things are that this tray has pictures along with alphabets, knob is sturdy. It has been really helpful toy for faster learning. My daughter has learned almost all alphabets just in two weeks.My only issue is that the quality of tray can be improved. The wooden tray and alphabets are not strong and can break or can be chewed. Also, the letters have coloured paper on them, so it is coming off quickly. Just in two weeks 5 alphabets' papers have come off.

Bought this for my 1.5 years old. Though he is still not able to use the alphabets properly, he loves looking at those pictures. Within few days, he is able to point close to 15 of them. I am happy that the toy has the pictures drawn properly in them, so that the kid is able to easily associate. Multi purpose toy, as it helps learning alphabets and also in improving the memory power by associating pictures and remembering them. Thanks seller and Amazon for this nice product!

i have read rave reviews about skillofun toys,hence bought this for my 19 month old son. These are well made and colorful alphabet tray with pictures on the side. Easy to teach growing toddlers. The board is compressed recycled wood and one should be careful to keep it away from moisture and fluids.The colors on the edge of alphabets started wearing off after few days.Over all a good toy but could be made better as these are pricey. If you like my review, do give it a thumbs up.
