50FT Retractable Garden Hose Reel, Lightweight & Portable Hose Reel with 6 Patterns Spray Nozzle, Suitable for US Standard Hose Connection, Great for Patio Watering

This is a manual retractable hose. The hose diameter is very small, the length of hose is great but I wish the reel was slightly larger and had a sturdier base. Overall I am pleased and it’s a good replacement for a shorter hose that wasn’t reaching plants I needed to water and this hose while not perfectly wrapped into it’s container will almost entirely reel back in with a small effort, keeping it tidy and away from my lawn mower and weed eater. Works perfectly to help me do my aquarium water changes. Bit wobbly on the retraction but once you figure out to leave some tension in the hose as you retract, it works smoothly. Loving it.

I hardly ever write review but OMG! The small but mighty hose is just what my small house needed!! Ordered another for my backyard! I love how easy it is to set up and no tangled hose mess!

A month after buying it, it broke and the sprayer will not stay on. Because it was over 30 days, they will not do anything!!!

It seems as though the part that screws on is not quite big enough for a normal hose spigot. I've tried a few times, to no avail. I'll try again - it's also kind of inconvenient because it's partially behind my gas meter. We shall see. Could be a cheap product, could just be because of the placement of the spigot.

EDIT 9/3/24: the vendor stood behind his merchandise and I have an enormous amount of respect for vendors that do this. We reached a resolution. I am upgrading my review from 3 stars to 4 stars. However, I still stand behind the comments in my review. I will be keeping the item, and certainly will look to this vendor again should I need anything else. Thank you to the vendor for demonstrating what customer service is all about!It looks very well constructed, but this is not what I thought it would be. This is perfect if all you need it for is watering flowers, lawn or washing a vehicle. However, this is not the typical hose diameter size and if the nozzle that it came with breaks, this is not something that can be easily replaced with a standard nozzle. You would not be able to hook this hose up to a pressure washer or to lawn and garden spray ready chemicals unless you purchased additional quick release attachments.While it is rare that I need to use a hose for the above mentioned purposes, it's a little pricey for it being limited for its use. I'm leaning towards returning it. If the hookups were that of a standard size that enabled me to add an extension hose I probably would have kept it.

I like this one because it's longer than the original hose I have and can keep the hose clean without getting tangled. The reel is very useful and compact. The hose works fine and the design is neat and satisfying. It looks simple and sturdy to use, so it's suitable for a back yard management at home.

This is good enough for what I need it for. I just wanted something a little nicer to look at and with a longer hose for watering the plants on our permanent camper site. Can recommend for that limited use but, while I like the quick connect feature of the sprayer, it's not a common way to use attachments. It's unfortunate because I really do like the concept of it (which is why I didn't dock any stars), but I'm not 100% sure I'll still be able to use this hose if/when the seals there wear out.
