Thick hair not good, medium to fine hair probably good
I see these all over everywhere and was so excited to get mine. I read a jillion reviews and decided on this one. It worked fine and I love the way it feels in hand and when working it. Draw backs are I have thick to medium thick hair and I would have to do a few hairs at a time to make it work which took FOREVER with my long hair about 45min, I just don’t have that amount of time in the morning. I was looking for a quick job and this was not it! If you have fine to medium fine hair it would do amazing!! I am jealous to see so many use these with great results, just not for thicker hair.

So versatile
I have longer hair that is both fine and wavy, which seems to make it fragile. I love that there are so many different attachments with this set. The heat seems to be less intense than with other blow dryers and that makes a huge difference to my hair. I love it so far and have had no issues with frizz.

For The Current Low Price This AIKO PRO 5 in 1 Multifunctional Hair Care Product Is Awesome But...
Ultimately this 5 in 1 Multi-functional Hair Dryer/Styler by Aiko will be a gifted to my Granddaughter who currently works in a Posh Salon in one of the larger cities in Southeast Tennessee. When I mentioned that I would be reviewing one soon she was ecstatic since the ones she was looking at price wise were upwards to the $300 price range. This model possesses a Brush-less DC (BLDC) motor that has rpm's up to 110,000 which helps as Aiko states to produce an airflow that is approximately 6 times more powerful than an average styling tool. This in turn equates to a much faster styling time with less heat so no damage to your hair. The 3 heat levels that this tool provides is Cold Air (ambient air temp in your home or salon), a Warm setting consisting of 160 degrees F. temperature and a Hot setting consisting of 210 degrees F. temperature. The 5 tools that are being supplied are the left and right directional automatic air curling irons that are stated as being 40mm (1.57" diameter) in size although when I measured the barrel diameter they were closer to 1.25". The remaining 3 attachments include a blow dryer brush, a straightener brush and their pre-styling hair dryer. To be honest I was impressed with all of these attachments and how easy it was to interchange them with just a slight turn at the top of the motorized control wand. The supplied zippered travel case which possesses a single slot for each item with an individual stretch band being provided in the top of the case for each of the three items to hold them in place. This travel case helps to make this hair care set a great item to gift to a family member or close friend and with the addition of the provided travel case you or they don't have to tote all of the separate items around in a small satchel.I only have two negative comments that I found that should be noted and the first being with the statement that describes the power cord on this Amazon Website: "The ergonomic, lightweight handle and 360° swivel cord make it easy to use during styling." Sorry but after contacting Aiko they confirmed that the statement of a 360 degree swivel cord is in error on their part and they intend to correct it very soon (possibly before you read my review). The other minor issue is that the On/Off and Speed switch button, although it has two clips beneath the button to hold it in place mine is loose and can easily fall out with just the right movements but I know some well placed super glue will alleviate this issue for the long term...Actually had it not been for this product not possessing a 360 degree swivel power cord I would have given this hair care product 5 Stars but since most new hair care products which I've reviewed have adopted the 360 swivel cord with their products and I've seen personally how kinked a power cord can become with a standard cord configuration overtime I felt as though it should have been included with this new market device as well, thus I'm giving it an Overall Rating of 4 Stars...

few trade offs compared to my conair but a net gain overall
I've always used traditional pistol style dryer so I don't have any similar point of reference to these micro-motor types. But compared to my Conair Infinity Pro the heat, air, and noise outputs of this dryer are all less.I actually prefer that the heat is less by comparison. I always thought my other one got too hot even on it's low setting. This one's high setting is like that one's low setting, and this one's low setting is such that its warm but that I don't feel like I need to worry about prolonged area exposure.Having less air output by comparison seems to only mean its going to take longer to dry. I'm fine with that because in the trade-off its also quieter and has brush attachments; net gain IMO.Usage wise going from pistol style to wand style for the basic dryer attachment use was an easy transition but using the brush attachments is going to take my some practice. I found the basic dryer attachment gave a lot more finer control since I don't really have to bend my wrist to hold it as with the pistol style. For the attachment it's going to be a matter of finding the right way to grip and support this long tube in whatever manner is necessary depending on the area of the head I'm working - oh and doing so while supporting the cord which ehhh could have been a bit longer, and while not hitting any of the buttons which I thought were a tad sensitive to accidental touching. The straightening brush attachment was the one I'm going to use the most. I toyed with the blow dry brush, its neat, but the hair I'm working with isn't suitable for a tool of this size. I cant comment on the curling irons at all as I have no wish for curls. The straightening brush though was something I always wanted to try. It feels real nice and distributes airflow pretty much over the entire face of the brush. I had it on the first heat setting for about 4 minutes and the attachment was pretty warm to the touch afterwards but not hot. Oh and you lock the attachments by twisting the dark ring on the wand, not by twisting the attachments themselves. I was trying to do the opposite for about a minute at first, felt silly afterwards lol.

Didn’t like the curling wands
And both for either side and it never worked for me either way I tried and I’ve tried it more then once so I just sent it back
