This leather is so easy to work with I just love it!

The texture is of high quality, akin to that of a fine pair of gloves. The dimensions are satisfactory, slightly exceeding my initial expectations. I am of the opinion that this was a highly advantageous acquisition.

It's been really hard for me to order leather project pieces and have them be the right color to match what I already have. Sometimes the names people give for the colors just aren't accurate, and the computer monitor might make a piece look more or less blue, for example. In this case, though, I was looking for a piece to go well with some turquoise fabric, and this leather is spot-on. It also matches the color description and the photo, so I am stoked! I don't give up easily, and now I have two other project pieces that aren't perfect -- but this one is! I will find a use for the others, but thankfully this one is perfect.

There are white spots on the backside of this. I’ll just work around them because the general color and price are good. Definitely recommend if only using front side.

Description states 7 to 9 sq feet. Item was 24"x33" which is not even 5.5 sq feet.The leather seems nice, but the size is unacceptableUpdate 1 -> 3 starsSeller fixed the problem and is updating the item description. The measurements are done by their shop, which overestimates the size of the pieces.

Product was just as described. Leather is soft.Does come folded so expect a few wrinkles, but nothing I wasn’t able to get rid of by hanging the leather and letting it relax On its own. Leather is thin enough to have some stretch, but durable enough to be a quality product. Worked well for the project I intended it for.

The leather that arrived was definitely under sized and has lots of unusable regions to boot. In the picture uploaded I laid a yard stick out and made a rectangle of rope approximately 3ft x 2ft = 6 sq-ft to gauge the surface area and this is more like 6 sq-ft being generous with the unusual shape. Otherwise the material is nice, but disappointed in the pelt they decided to send when described as 7-9 sq-ft and up to 10 in circumstances where they need to use two smaller pelts to fulfill the order.

Perfect for some gifts I intend to make for family members. Exactly as advertised. Compare grey with the brown from another seller in photos. As long as I am ordering via Amazon, I’ll continue ordering from this seller. The price is affordable and, as a total novice to the craft, I anticipate just a little bit of wastage (tongue in cheek). I’ve ordered a brown in this to replace the brown in the photos. It came in two pieces but they had said it might so that was expected. However, after trimming off damaged pieces, I won’t have enough of the suede side to make what I’d planned . It was bit more than half the price but you do get what you pay for sometimes. I now have a sizeable bit to practice on.
