Certain she would not look as real as she does in the photo, especially at this unbelievable price.Upon opening the box she was definitely a keeper. What a beautiful doll. This doll is adorable. I can’t wait to give it to my granddaughter for her birthday.

While the doll has a cute face, since it has a cloth body neither the limbs nor the head are movable. By yhis I mean that they don't rotate, they only move within the constrainsts of the cloth body. I also see the eye lashes overdone which go all the way to the inside of the eyes. I trimmed them back.Since the limbs cannot move freely it is harder to dress and undress the doll. That leaves me wondering how long it can last if kids play with it. Also, the pacifier has a weak magnet, and it just barely sticks onto the closed lips.This doll is NOT anatomically correct.But it is still much better than most of those others which falsely depict a real baby and then what is shipped is the same exact doll by everybody with a narrow, tiny head, painted on hair, and an abnormally long index finger on the left hand. Such false advertising needs to be banned by amazon.This doll is the exeption in that what you see is what you actually will get. Newborn clothing will fit a little loose, but that is no big deal.Whilenthe hair is a bit of a mess, I much prefer real hair over bald little heads with faintly painted on hair.
