Excellant Customer Service
The mini-split base is truly heavy duty as advertised. The white powder coating is a plus as it will make the base withstand the weather for years. I am very impressed with the quality of the base overall. Unfortunately the base rubber mounds needed to be tapered on the upper edges to fit under the legs of my mini-split unit. One of the mounts broke while I was trimming it. I contacted the seller about obtaining a replacement mount. To my surprise, within minutes, the seller responded saying that they would send a replacement at no charge. There were no questions or hassle on the sellers part. I am truly amazed with the excellent customer service by the seller. I received the replacement part within three days as promised. I highly recommend the seller and would be glad to do business with them again.

Edit: Got contacted by customer service, they were great and i got my money back!!!Split AC standMissing 1 EA Self-Lock Washer. 1 EA of Bolt-2 was shorter than the other 3 EA.1 of the Support Tubes is manufactured incorrectly. . .The small piece inside the tube, that is threaded to accept Bolt-3 is welded on the wrong end of tube. It is welded on the opposite end of the other 3 tubes.

Missing hardware
Product was 1 lock washer short. Not huge deal but annoying. Easy enough to put together and seems solid enough!

Fixed my problem
Just installed a Mr Cool with wall mount and had heavy vibrations through wall so I moved to this mount and problem was solved.
