Great Deal on a "Starter Stick" for Occasional Use By Clueless Newbies
What sold me on this gizmo was the promise that with panoramic camera this selfie stick would automatically disappear from footage - and in this respect it does not disappoint! Its compact ten inch size when stored is helpful in our big city apartment where storage space is always an issue, and knowing it might be a bit wobbly when fully extended didn't concern me since I'm not willing to invest in high end equipment without further experimentation. At this early stage in my foray into video for social media, all I wanted was a "starter stick" with the decent product reviews at a reasonable price point...and this fits the bill.

Perfect size for general use, built-in tripod a plus, a tad wobbly when fully extended with camera.
This 48-inch selfie stick is a welcome addition to my collection of accessories for my newly acquired Insta360 x4 camera. This selfie stick fits perfectly into my camera case and includes a tilt adapter to adjust the angle of the camera when attached to the end of the stick. When the stick is fully extended, with the weight of the camera on the end, it feels a little wobbly. I find I'm more comfortable not fully extending the last 1 or 2 segments because they are the skinniest and flex more. Most the time I don't need the full extension anyway. The built-in tripod in the handle of the stick is another useful feature for taking a quick shot without the need to carry around a separate tripod. The three legs snap down to form the handle of the stick when not in use as a tripod.Overall, a very useful tool for any action camera. If it were just a little stouter, I would give it 5 stars, but I am still happy to have it and will use it regularly. Great value as priced.

No instructions, hard to open
I got this for a phone before I realized that it is not meant for phones, so I'm not able to use it. Yet. My husband wanted to use this on job sites so he could extend his phone up into ceilings to look at wiring, but this isn't the tool for that job. But there may be another camera in my future, so I'm holding on to the tripod.Initial impressions: the tripod seems sturdy, at least when it's short. I think in extended mode that it will be prone to wiggling if you are outdoors and there is any wind. I can't imaging snowboarding with this and having anything remotely like an in-focus shot. There's a button on the bottom to push so the legs can be unfolded. I found it more difficult than expected and folding it up is ... well, there is a trick to it and I haven't gotten it mastered yet. My husband extended it, put it back together, and the thing is so tight that I can't use it. I have at least four other tripods in my camera arsenal and none of them are this difficult to work with. So no matter how great it might be in theory, it fails if I can't get the darn thing open (or closed). It comes in a brown box with the expected "made in China label" and drawings of the tripod and selfie stick. There are no instructions or indications of height, weight capacity, etc. People shouldn't have to look this information up when they buy a product.

A compact yet versatile quality product that can be used as a selfie-stick or as a tripod
The telescoping camera stand can be used just as a wand (aka selfie stick) or by pressing a button on the bottom a set of tripod legs will be released and now you have a telescoping tripod. The whole thing feels very solid and well-designed. A Gopro mount is included but that can be removed as it is just attached via a standard camera screw. With the Gopro mount removed you can attach any camera with the screw option. I personally would not try using a heavy camera with the stand fully extended. In selfie stick mode the wand is very comfortable to hold and every part that need to be held has a little texture to help with grip.Fully collapsed the whole thing is just 10 inches long including the Gopro mount and in tripod mode the stand extends to 42 inches.

Internal parts made out of trash.
See that paper thin, nearly see-through bit in the first photo? That's one of the internal sleeves that keep the pole from falling apart when you extend it. It broke the first 3rd time I opened it. The legs on the base are also prone towards falling off.

My favorite selfie stick to date
This is a nice and sturdy unit. The tripod is cleverly built into the handle and it extends securely without having to twist anything to lock it in place. It just stays where you extend it to.It's solid. You are not going to accidentally bend the thing if you bump it on something. Really nice stick.

Pretty decent for a 2-in-1 tripod and selfie stick
Overall I'm pretty pleased with this little selfie stick / tripod. It's not the most sturdy or high-quality selfie stick that I've used.. but it works pretty well for what it is, and for the price. It offers good height, and what sold me on it was the integrated tripod. I can use it to set up my insta360 camera at several different heights, which has proven to be pretty handy. It functions well, stores compactly, and isn't too expensive... so I can say that I'd buy it again and would recommend it.

Great tripod and selfie
I put my gopro on immediately. This was just what I needed. Quickly go from extremely long selfie stick to tripod with push of button. I also like it shor, fits right in my bag and ready to grab. Impressed by how sturdy it is fully extended. I wouldn't try in moving vehicle or windy day. But it does stand nicely on flat ground. I just love the conveniences versatility of this product.
