Good value for the price!!
After reading the reviews, I tempered my expectations....but have been pleasantlysurprised.I've had the saw for a couple of months. The more I use the more impressedI've been. Yes, it's not a top-end saw but it works well for DIY house projects. If you're looking for a medium duty, light-weight reciprocating saw for one-handedcutting I would definitely recommend this saw.I had originally purchased it to help my father-in-law cut small branches. It turnedout to be not so good for that task. Smaller loose branches are difficult to holdstill. When the branches shake the saw is unable to cut very well. Any reciprocatingsaw would not work well in that case. But on anything more stable it cuts well.I've cut thicker branches (1 to 4 inches), 2 x 6s, plywood, drywall, rebar, angle iron.It gets into tight spaces and is easy to use one-handed. The twist lock bladeattachment has accepted all my standard Sawzall blades. A 2AH DeWaltbattery normally gives more than enough cutting capacity to finish two or threesmall projects before needing a rechargePROS:Less that $40Battery lifeCutting power7/8" Blade strokeYellow color matches my DeWalt batteriesNice plastic carrying caseCONS:LED light not really helpfulBattery attachment is very tightIncluded blades are cheap

Budget-friendly Good DIY Reciprocating Saw
I didn’t expect much at first, but this saw is a pleasant surprise. I think it’s a solid tool for DIY house projects. While it’s does not seem for a high-end option, it’s lightweight, great for one-handed use, and perfect for medium-duty tasks. The compact design fits into tight spots, and the twist-lock blade attachment works with all my standard blades.I think this saw is a reliable, budget-friendly tool that I’d recommend for similar uses.Thank you for wonderful offering with great price.

Very useful tool cutter
The tool does the job well but the only negative I saw was that after continuously using for say 10 mins. It heats up quickly: We use it in our yard to trim trees and small herbs. Very easy to use.

Worthless
I knew going into this that it would be a very cheap tool so my expectations were not high to begin with, but I must say this is absolutely worthless. It barely cut the slightest piece of wood so I thought maybe it was just the cheap blades (which are a joke to begin with) so I bought a brand new Diablo wood cutting blade and it still will not cut. Very little power and starts to get hot when you use it for a minute. It’s too late for me to return this so do yourself a favor and avoid this imported piece of junk.
