It's a bit heavy but it's very durable. I keep leaving my phone in place now with it worn crossbody that won't happen.It's not adjustable but it's a good length for cross body (I'm 5'2) it drops to about where my cross body purses drop.

To chunky and it’s not adjustable, so it’s too long.

I’m disabled and often have my hands occupied with assistive devices so having this phone chain has been wonderful. It’s a much sturdier chain than I thought I’d get for the price.Love it!
