The media could not be loaded.  The fitting process is a bit tedious and fiddly. Read through the instructions once or twice before starting the process so you know what to expect or you risk having to start over. I've used tooth guards for decades and this is absolutely the very best one I've ever got. It's like a professional one seriously. Soft on the inside with a hard outer shell so I don't grind through it. Comfortable. Not bulky. I'm almost able to close my mouth. Very happy about this and the price!!
